Macy was absolutely fantastic throughout both the sale of our home and our onward purchase. From start to finish, she was professional, proactive, and incredibly supportive during what can often be a very stressful process. Her communication was excellent, always keeping us informed. What really stood out was how approachable and reassuring she was. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and she genuinely cared about getting the best outcome for us. Thanks to her hard work and dedication, the whole experience was far smoother than we could have hoped for, and everything went through in around 8 weeks! We’re extremely grateful for all of Macy’s help and would highly recommend her to anyone buying or selling a home.

Disappointed with the service and subsequent handling of my data. We approached Karl Tatler for a letting valuation of our property in August 2025. The valuation given was well below market value. We went with a different local agent who managed to let the property within a single week at our desired price, and our tenant moved in by September 2025. Despite being explicitly told the property was let and that we did not require their services, I have been continually bothered by automated text check-ins every three months. Even after explaining that we now live in Australia and cannot take calls due to the time difference, the spam continues. Very poor communication internal systems and a total lack of respect for boundaries.

My fiancé and I have been working with Ben Bedford in the Greasby office over the past year to find a house and honestly can’t recommend him highly enough. Ben has been a great mortgage broker, really helped us understand the process, and his advice has been very helpful. Amazing service from start to finish! We honestly can’t thank Suzanne enough for everything she did for us during our home purchase. She was absolutely amazing at coordinating between the two solicitors, not an easy job by any means!! Suzanne handled it all so calmly and professionally. The Greasby Branch is very poor to say the least. They showed all the wonderful statistics of how they are the best. As soon as I signed the agreement it all changes, sales executive that was given to us (Jess) was useless and got one viewer the time it was with them. Handed over at one stage to a young gentleman who managed to get two. Went in sit with Jess to see why it's not moving as we had put an offer on another property. She said its priced a bit high (was their evaluation not mine) so I lowered it. Had made the decision they price high as their fees are the highest on the wirral, went it to give them written notice of 14 days as per their contract. Offered Jess the letter she we don't need that will enter into system. So the first day we put it on the market with another estate agent we get a call from Noah saying we were in breach of contract, why you may ask? Jess had not entered anything on the system. I work a lot with companies on Voice of the customer (VOC) They simply don't understand it. Trying to send an email to Karl Tatler himself is some what difficult for obvious reasons, but I will find a way. Quite simple if want proper customer service don't use Karl Tatler

We have been looking to relocate back to the Wirral after many years in North Yorkshire. Viewing properties has been a strain as we have had a 2.5h drive each way before getting to the Wirral but the team at Karl Tatler did us proud and lined up a number of properties in the right location, to a proper time and schedule to give us time to breathe, move, drive to the new place, think and review what we had seen. After a couple of viewings we found our next home and were delighted to work with the amazing Jessica to secure the house, as well as walk through the sales process, paperwork and all the other stuff. Jess’s communication and phone calls were spot on. Polite, accurate, factual and such a positive lady she was a dream to work with. We then moved to work with Suzanne in the sales closure and admin side who was also fabulous. A list of documents and info requested, provided and delivered to us. We competed all the document and the info is with our solicitors the same day. Karl Tatler Estate Agency as a whole has impressed us. Slick, quick, efficient and more importantly friendly. Buying a house can be stressful, but this wasn’t, it was a pleasure and Jess and Susanne deserve a round of applause for their amazing assistance through the process. You only move home a few times in your lifetime and they have made this relocation a pleasure. Thank you 👍

We have just bought our bungalow with the help of the Greasby office, Sue is an absolute star as are the ladies who showed us around the Bungalow, their time and patience was very much appreciated. I did have to think twice before writing the following but I decided I had to as it upset me so much. Jess in the office always made us feel uncomfortable, we felt as if we shouldn’t be disturbing her, I won’t go into every single detail but enough to say when Sue handed us our keys and Jess gave us the Karl Tatler, welcome to your new home card, it wasn’t even our name on the card, when I pointed this out her reply was “oh, I don’t know how I did that” and went back to eating her lunch. This would have been a 5 star review, if our experience with Jess hadn’t been so rude.
