Passed referencing a month ago, but they and the landlady keep me in limbo. They outright refuse to provide a tenancy agreement before move-in, missed the legal statutory deadline to return my holding deposit under the Tenant Fees Act 2019, and told me on the phone that they 'do things differently'. They refuse to return the holding deposit and keep sending emails about moving in.

From the first visit by Gary, who was very professional explaining the entire process to us, this was our first move after over 38 years in the same property. All the staff were helpful and able to answer our questions.
