GoogleHaving had a bad experience with tenants, a friend suggested I consider using Chartwell Residential. Chartwell have now managed my properties for the past 12 year & they are absolutely excellent. Keith, together with his team, provide a brilliant professional service both in finding excellent new tenants, managing any maintenance issues efficiently; at a reasonable cost & providing timely advice on any new legislation. I can’t speak highly enough about the service they provide & thoroughly recommend them to Landlords & tenants alike.

GoogleI am a landlord and have been doing business with Chartwells now since 2005. Chartwells have always provided me with excellent tenants over the last 13 years for my properties. I'm a busy man so opt for their fully managed service which I have been delighted with. Keith & the rest of the team are a pleasure to deal with. In my view, Chartwells are the best letting / managing agent in NW Kent. I hope to be doing much more business with Chartwells over the coming years.

GoogleWe have rented out our property via Chartwell lettings for a total of 11 years and have found them excellent. Mark Kybert has always found us very good reliable tenants. Keith Walters is very responsive to client issues and they have a good network of contractors to carry out maintenance repairs. Both Mark and Keith have a great deal of experience in the field.

They really know their stuff and are so friendly and helpful. They have helped me out on a few occasions (with quick responses unlike other agents I have experienced in the past!)
