To say they are "economical with the truth" is being very kind to them. They were unhelpful, insisted we used their conveyancers (AVRillo) who were very poor and expensive.I only went with Balgores because they had the house that I wanted, but I would advise any potential vendor to look elsewhere if they want a smooth and harmonious transaction.
