GoogleUnfortunately they were unable to sell my house after being in the market for 6 months. My low star review isn’t reflected on this fact but the poor service they gave me from the start. Being new to selling houses the photos they had taken of the property were poor and were asked to redo to a higher standard. They did and still did not improve. I should of left their service then but decided to give them more opportunity. I had several phone calls from them asking me how can they sell my property better. Again raised more concerns when asked. My question is if your the best agency in the area (quite) why are you asking the seller what can they do better. When leaving their service I had an outstanding invoice in double figures outstanding. I had received an email whilst away and could not pay due to not having a card reader. After 8 days they had sent a letter out about the outstanding balance and stated I had 7 days to pay before legal action would be forthcoming. They knew I was away and this wasn’t an automated letter. My opinion stay away look elsewhere as they are just sales people who show high standards and deliver poor ones in my personal opinion.FYI balance paid immediately after my break away !

GoogleWe received excellent service, communication and courtesy from the Newton Fallowell team in Grantham. Despite the distinct lack of communication or any pro-active work by the on-line agent that the people we were buying from used.

GoogleUsed my temporarily vulnerable status to force through a rent increase. Left without water over a weekend because they didn't answer their emergency phone line. Refused to fix issues at property such as a badly hung door. With WH brown right next door, I'd recommend going there.

GoogleJust a few things really. The first was the amount of irrelevant emails regarding potential homes for sale. I had said that I only wanted to consider property in a specific area and specific price however all emails I received did not match my criteria and continued to arrive even though I had had an offer accepted on one of their properties. Also on my day of completion as I waited in the office to hear I could have the keys I had to ask someone if they could answer the phone as there were a few senior staff chatting next to the coffee machine as the ringing phone continues. As a positive I was offered a drink while I waited by a nice chap.

GoogleWe recently purchased and sold through Newton Fallowell and would thoroughly recommend them. From start to finish, the service was great. Tony who came out to value our property came with a wealth of experience and marketed our property excellently. We had a few viewings and staff at the office always gave us feedback from these. Everyone we spoke to was always helpful and happy on the phone and nothing was too much trouble.

GoogleThis review is regarding the lettings department! I moved out of my old property almost a month ago and agreed an amount of deposit to be returned with the landlord. I’m still waiting to receive my money and everytime I try to chase it up I get told I will receive a call back but never have! They have confirmed my bank details 3 times and still no money!

GoogleBrilliant at the beginning, then once sold not a peep from them until I was being sent emails towards the end of a 4 months process which included my buyers buyers mortgage information, very unprofessional. As my buyers were also using NF I did feel that at times they were working more for them than me! Would not recommend.

GoogleWe bought a house through these.last December. They were excellent from the start. The homeownees daughter was a nightmare with surveys, changing the dates on us last minute and not signing paperwork. However the estate agents were excellent at organising stuff this women coulsnt and did there best. I have alot of time for these excellent.

GoogleReally happy with the service. Sold my house very quickly. I had originally used Yopa who took 16 weeks to do nothing. Newton Fallowell had it sold in three! All the staff are friendly and work with you as required. You couldn't ask for a better agent.
