GoogleMet Alex Clark from Grantham Haart estate agent for the first time when we viewed a property we eventually purchased through them. His smart professional easy going manner soon put us at our ease, enabling us to quiz him with confidence. His honest objective explanations of the property enabled us to immediately to put an off in, but even after that was accepted this was not the end of Alex assistance. He went far beyond what we could have hoped for with his assistance in get us moved in, including repairs and gaining access for our surveyor, never once letting us down. Alex as the representative of Haart Grantham has given us the best estate agent service I’ve had in all my previous house purchases. Both Julie and I thank him very much.

GoogleI recently contacted Haart to request a valuation on my property, and Alex had kindly dealt with my request. This incredibly smart gentlemen arrived and gave a fully honest valuation. His knowledge, and wealth of experience shone through and was easily head and shoulders above the other estate agents I had previously dealt with. I found him extremely polite and courteous, and was able to answer any questions I posed to him extremely well. He was not only a credit to his company but to all estate agents. GoogleI’m a first time buyer and bought my first house at the end of May 2021. Estate agent accepted old and expired quotes sent in by the vendor, if you complain to a manager via email don’t expect a reply back. Also, once you’re on the way to collect the keys from the Grantham office, after phoning them several times with no answer, expect to turn around and meet the agent at the hair dressers where they’re getting their hair cut. If you’ve got a question about how many keys you receive on handover, don’t expect them to know. I got 1 key for 3 doors and they didn’t know about the others. To add onto the list, if the vendor and agent know each other stay clear!

GoogleRecently put in an offer within the asking price guide through Ruby but these people didn’t even bother to get back to me with an outcome despite the property remaining on the market for a very long time. They mislead you about info as to how long the property has stood on the market and that is why they don’t advertise on Zoopla because that information is accessible there and it assists in the negotiations. The property in question has been on the market for a good period of time and it appears to attract less interest. Surprised that these people would not even consider an offer within the price guide. Crooks! Avoid them if you can! I am looking else where in the Midlands and I intend to avoid all properties where they are the acting agents as I find their practices unprofessional, insincere and totally repugnant
