Just a quick thanks to all at Haart for helping to sell our property in Lincolnshire. After a realistic valuation lead by Leanne Rickett there was considerable interest from the outset. Tracey Nicholls did an excellent job of keeping us informed throughout, both for feedback on the many viewings and regarding the offer that we soon accepted. After that Tracey continued to provide very clear and timely feedback on the selling process through to exchange and completion. Any issues along the way (and let's face it there are bound to be some) were handled by Tracey in a professional, proactive and sensible way. I can recommend the Haart team.

Recently put in an offer within the asking price guide through Ruby but these people didn’t even bother to get back to me with an outcome despite the property remaining on the market for a very long time. They mislead you about info as to how long the property has stood on the market and that is why they don’t advertise on Zoopla because that information is accessible there and it assists in the negotiations. The property in question has been on the market for a good period of time and it appears to attract less interest. Surprised that these people would not even consider an offer within the price guide. Crooks! Avoid them if you can! I am looking else where in the Midlands and I intend to avoid all properties where they are the acting agents as I find their practices unprofessional, insincere and totally repugnant

The staff at Haart have been very professional with the sale of my property. Leanne talked me through the paperwork, was really knowledgeable and gave a realistic asking price. She gladly showed people round the house and found a buyer for me. I was very impressed by her professionalism. From the date of the agreed price, Tom took over the phone calls and has been extremely helpful with any queries and chasing up the solicitors. I’m hoping the contracts will be exchanged in the next few weeks and I would recommend Haart to sell your property.

We're currently in the process of finding our first home, dealing with a lot of local estate agents. I have to say Haart have been an extreme pleasure. Ruby, who has shown us around a couple of property's has always been friendly and professional. And I'll also have to mention Tom, who rings regularly with updates. He has always been pleasant, and has a lovely manner. We haven't found dealing with Haart overbearing and hope we manage to find a property with them because i feel like they really do have your interests at heart. Thank you to the whole team.

A thoroughly impressive service from start to finish. The valuer was confident of selling the property quickly at the price she suggested, and she was absolutely correct. Throughout we have been kept fully informed on at least a weekly basis regarding the progress of the sale. All the staff we have dealt with have been polite, friendly, helpful and above all professional. If we ever needed an Estate Agent in Grantham again we would go straight to Haart's. Well done!

I write further to my review posted on 4 May 2019. Following my viewing of the 2 properties, I made offers to each one of the properties precisely within the range of the advertised guide prices. I was informed instantly that my offers were both rejected despite being within the range of the guide prices. On speaking to someone else who had a similar experience, it turned out that the use of guide prices with a purported lower asking price is merely a sales ploy aimed at attracting interest and viewings in a property that has otherwise suffered low interest/ viewings. Once improved interest / viewings are achieved, and despite offers made within the guide price, these people turn down the offers and ask for more. As I stated above, my offers were within the advertised guide prices but both were rejected for want of a higher offer. Not sure these people truly understand or appreciate the legal ramifications of this cheap disingenuous selling ploy which may be the subject of a successful legal claim. But anyway, wholly terrible experience and I hesitate to say that I would not recommend this agent. I would like to recall my previous post. This agent does not warrant a 5 star rating in my experience. If I could rate minus 5, I would have happily done so.

What an amazing company! I was recommended by my mum and dad who sold their own house with haart. My mum also then brought through haart and spoke very highly of the branch manager tracey. So we didn’t hesitate to pick up the phone and call haart to put our own house on the market. Within a week on the market chelsea sold our home and tied up our offer on another one of their houses. I highly recommend anyone thinking of buying or selling to use haart, they’re fantastic, 6 stars in my eyes!

I went in there some years ago. Cannot say I had a good experience or a bad experience certainly was an experience. If I can remember. Sometimes you need an estate agent to sell your property there's not much else you can say they seem helpful and courteous people I went in there but it is a long time ago. I'm sure they will be able to sell your property. If you need to sell I would recommend.

So I bought my first house through haart in Grantham. I sold this and bought my second house via haart too. I bought my third house through haart. My first house was sold in three days before it had even been put online. Great service and very friendly and knowledgable staff. I have sold bought through the girls at haart three times now and each time they provide an excellent service. Tracey Nikki Nicole and Rachel are lovely girls I bring in cakes on a regular basis and they call me papa! They wave everytime I am outside the office in the car. The girls don't just sell houses they have a very personal approach and we feel they really care for their customers. I would always reccomend them to my friends and family.
