Having not moved home for 22 years the prospect was let's say daunting! To start this review I am not a seller but purchaser, and as the purchase progressed became a prospective seller. Nicky kept me up to date with all process and transactions without fail and has a great professional approach as well as a good sense of humour. Haart were recommended to me by a friend, who said that they had sold their place quickly with them. Having spoken to several estate agents, Haart were slightly more expensive but to be honest, they were worth the extra money. My place sold within a week of being on the market with them. Since then, the staff have been really helpful and have always been friendly and communicative. Even when there was a bit of a hiccup (circumstances beyond their control) and I was having a meltdown, they really worked for me to get it resolved. Special thanks to Nikki for keeping everything together and listening to my frustrations. Based on my own experience, I would recommend them to anyone.

The whole team at Haart did a fantastic job! All throughout the process, we were kept up to date with what was going on. Nicole who came out to value our property, was friendly, polite and very knowledgeable. She took some fantastic pictures, which really showed off our home to its full potential.
