Two properties sold via Haart Grantham and both times, the customer service, relationship and sale of properties was outstanding. During a difficult time, was made as easy as possible and simplified. When looking at the second property to sell a couple years later, obviously I still looked at other options (primarily due to fees), well, basing it purely on fees I ended up with a different estate agent. However, after months passed and no sale, I realised that the initial extra fee I may have paid Haarts, actually I would have gained with the sale and less stress.... I moved the second house to Haarts and within weeks there were offers! & low and behold, offers that were more than what the other estate agent quoted (so totally silly me questioning that extra £600 fee)...... they really do go above and beyond. Thank you Tracey... I will continue to share my storey and recommend you!

Leanne was great from start to finish, everything she said she would do she did and ended up selling the house in 3 days! A lot different from last years fiasco with newton fallowell when they asked me the seller what can we do to sell your house, this time round with haart’s and Leanne she started off with a strategy which she explained over the phone to us. She did exactly what she said she was going to do and it SOLD. We did look around at other estate agents but from photography to strategy haart’s were far superior with good staff

I am currently selling my apartment with Haart, and what can I say they have been amazing at marking my apartment. Within a week I had received a number of views which I leased with Thomas from the Grantham branch, within 10 days of my apartment going on the market I’d sold my apartment. Thomas has been amazing giving me a regular update on the sale process once a week, and also just keeping in contact with any progress or developments. I am completely satisfied with the service I am receiving from Haart and Thomas is going above and beyond he is extremely approachable , friendly and professional at all times. Haart estate agents have been fantastic! I absolutely cannot fault the level of service and personal support I have received.Tracy, Ryan, Chelsea and Lisa have been so helpful in every aspect of the process. Ryan made putting my house on the market so easy and stress free, with plenty of good advice about the housing market.Chelsea was so speedy in finding me clients who were interested and got them viewing the property as soon as possible.Tracy has talked to me at every stage of the very quick sale, answering all my questions and totally putting me at ease with it all. I found the service from Tracey and the team at Haarts Grantham first class. I did not sell my house through them but had a viewing booked on a property with them. The property sold before we could visit but when the sale fell through a few weeks later Tracey remembered how disappointed we had been and gave us a call. She was amazing throughout the purchase and was the only person who really seemed to care on moving day. She liaised between the solicitors and kept us informed throughout the day. We never had one call from the people we sold with. What a difference in service. I hope we do not move house again but if we do I would definitely go straight to Tracey and would recommend her 100 per cent

We were shown through the new premises by Rachel from Haart who was not pushy and was helpful to answer our questions. It was the ideal bungalow and location for us. We gave the asking price which was within our budget. We asked for a sale sign not to be put up as it was just recently put online. Tracey back in the office contacted me within the hour to confirm seller accepted our offer and agreed not to erect a sale sign. Comms between Rachel and Tracey were fast and efficient. The whole process to obtaining the keys to move into our new bungalow was handled politely, professionally and friendly. Staff at Haart were always present and able to deal with further visits to the bungalow to take measurements and plan our layout for moving in. Haart always gave up to date progress of dealings with the solicitors and councils procedure's. We found Haart to be extremely helpful, pleasant and professional. We even received a welcoming to new home card through the post when we moved in. My wife and I love our new home and are making our mark on it. Thank you to all of you there in the Grantham office. You made everything seem so effortless.

Haart have been simply brilliant with our house sale. From the beginning, Ryan Maclachlan did a superb job of capturing the house in his photos and his write up which lead to an amazing online response to the marketing material. The amazing Haart Flink system really does help reach more people and spread the word when you are trying to sell your property. We enjoyed the visibility we had on the numbers of people who had viewed and shared the property's details. Our experience with Haart has been amazing. Our house was listed quickly, with clear pictures and a good description. We had viewers almost every day for the couple of weeks the house was on the market before it sold.
