GoogleI could write an essay to explain how biddy wonderful they have been, from selling our home to finding and buying our new home! We received a first class service from start to finish and even mopped my brow and held my hand when it all got a bit tricky, ( as house moves do)! Everyone was incredibly friendly, helpful and extremely supportive throughout the whole process! Thank you and 5 stars really doesn’t not express our complete gratitude!!!

GoogleAdvertising properties that are already sold. 3 times now we have phoned to view a house, within an hour of being added to website and it is already sold. All other agents at least put under offer or sstc on the listing.NegativeQuality

Hello Louise, thank you for the review. The property you are referring to was awaiting documentation before we placed it as 'Sold Subject to Contract' and removed it from our listings. Once these required documents were provided this property was then listed as "Sold STC' and is no longer available. If there are any other properties you are interested in within the area, we are always happy to help.

GoogleTook a valuation off of them, but went with another agent. That's when the trouble started. Have cold called me at least eight times and counting. Keep pestering me via email and voice messages to go with them. I find their tactics sly and underhand. Won't take no for an answer. Avoid.

GoogleHaving found and purchased the property we wanted we needed to sell our first property quickly. We changed to Fox and Sons and within a few days our property was sold though the actual completion took a while ( not Fox and Sons fault). The team were always on hand to help both during our purchase and our sale and kept us informed throughout. Mike certainly has the gift of the gab and he kept us laughing through what can be a stressful process. We will certainly use them again should we decide to move again. Many thanks

GoogleWe'd tried selling through an online agent before we met Fox and Sons. The online agent had only managed 3 viewings which culminated in an aborted sale. We're so glad we added Fox and Sons after the aborted sale. They seemed to put far more effort in to selling our house and achieved around 15 viewings. We sold and the aftercare service was just as good. Offer to completion in around 6 weeks with a first time buyer who had to get a mortgage. Thank you so much. We've now achieved our dream of moving to Spain.

GoogleMe and my partner have recently purchased our first home through Fox & Sons, using Luke White as our mortgage broker. He was very helpful, knowledge and personable, and worked around our busy schedule to accommodate us. Crucially he got us a fantastically low interest rate on our mortgage and organised everything he could for us, meaning the process was a lot less stressful that it could have been! We initially found it difficult to find a house we liked, but the team at Fox & Sons managed to find a property we loved within the first batch of viewings (and LESS than 2 months later, I’m typing this review from my new office!) Thoroughly recommend using Luke White and Fox & Sons!

The communication was fantastic and all extremely welcoming faces in the office. They all kept us up to date with all process' which was extremely reassuring and we couldn't be happier. GoogleBuying a house has most definitely been one of the most stressful experiences I have ever endured, but Marion has literally been an absolutely amazing throughout the whole process 100% recommend & if I was to buy another house I would be trying to find one through fox & sons

GoogleThis one star is only rewarded so i could write a review. If i want to rent in Gosport again i will Not use Fox & Sons ever again. Their communication is awful and extremly slow unless they want something from you, if you require anything then it takes a while to even get a response let alone anything actually done however its never there fault....always the landlords. Also dont expect help getting your deposit back fast, we have waited over a month and only receive calls/ emails from them if we chase. Im disgusted with Fox & Sons service and do not know how they have a good reputation as i haven't spoken to anyone who was happy with their service.

GoogleThey don't care about the tenants, only the money they get in their pockets, moved us into a property without telling us the place was up for sell, no work was done prior to moving in that we were promised, multiple things broke within the property. If you wish for depression and anxiety, this is the company for you!
