Accommodating and kind

Urgent move into the area, thankfully I have the lovely Jess to help me out. She was there from viewing right through to getting settled in. Always at the end of an email or phone call for any questions I had or anything I needed help with. when it came to moving, Amber and Jess were both Swift in organising the change over and collection of keys so I could get in quickly. So accommodating to my needs as far as timescale and urgency. Even now I’m in the flat, Jess is still at the other end of an email or phone.

Our agent Louise was friendly and always happy to answer our questions. We put the house on the market last May just before alot of economic uncertainty. Over the next 7 months we accepted 5 different offers that fell through for varying reasons. We approached the team at Beals, Gosport, regarding the sale of my parents' property after having been let by one of the other Estate Agents in the town. From our first meeting with Adam, the branch manager, the service we have received has been the polar opposite. The professionalism and attention to detail, coupled with excellent customer service, couldn't be faulted. We had more viewings in the first week with Beals than a month with the other Agent. We received both verbal and written feedback after each viewing - something we had to chase ourselves with the first Agent. Viewings arranged and conducted by both Louise and Anna, were done so without disruption to our routine, and to fit around our availability. The team found us a buyer within a week, sadly this fell through at no fault of Beals, however within a week of this the property sold successfully again. Louise has become a regular caller and has answered and queries we have both quickly and efficiently. We are in the last stages of our move now and can't thank Adam, Louise and Anna enough for making this process as hassle-free as they can. Having bought through Beals before, we should have gone to them first this time. Having a property of our own to sell in the next 12 months, we won't hesitate to place our sale in the safe hands of the Beals, Gosport team, when the time comes.

Genuine people do nice things. Fortunately for me, my experience with the letting team at Beales has been a great one. The service, the care and the all round knowledge the team has, have allowed me to have valuable, virtually trouble free business liaison. I want to expand my portfolio but will do so in an area that has a Beales that can consistently cater to my standards. Worthing - Unfortunately they do not communicate…

Unfortunately they do not communicate between themselves so tell you all different things. They now use an external company for referencing which automatically fails credit checks so you have to pay for them to garentor (even if you have a personal garentor). They are quick to chase you for information but will not respond when you request something. Definitely research before handing money to them as they do not stick to the laws around renting.

Repeat business and still as good as the first time

For the second time in 13 months my family have used Beals (Gosport) to sell our homes. The service from Adam, Louise and team has been excellent. They have been able to deal with the whole process in a wsy which took an awful lot of the stress off us. Yes honesty is a must

Yes honesty is a must! We rented a property through Beals, Parkgate for 4 years. During our time we greatly improved the property for the landlord, new Lino, carpets re decorated etc. always communicated for permission to do so & what we got in return was no thanks, just a cock n’ bull story that the landlady wished to terminate our tenancy after 4 years to move her ailing, elderly mother into our rental. We now understand this was just a lie, of which Oliver Sourmenidis, the letting manager of Parkgate was complicit. I am telling you this in all honesty, something that our letting agents know nothing about!

This is directed toward the portsmouth's north end brunch!The worst and the most scumbag people I had ever dealt with..... This is my months of honest experience and pure frustration dealing with beals.There are just too much to voice out here so I'll only give a few key examples here only.Me and my partner we're looking toforward to our new life relocating to portsmouth due to my new job and we approached beals north end for help with us looking for a new place to rent. This disrespecful person jasmin is the so called agent we're assigned to deal with. This unprofessional of a person literally lack soo much communication skill that soo many things were miscommunicated from the start...1. We were under the impression that the unit will be partly furnished. We were informed that the minimal amount of furniture will be left behind for us to use like just a sofa in the living room only. We have our own furniture to move in with but on the day we collect the key for checking. The place is pack full with furniture, including beds in bedroom and a dining table in livingroom just to name a few. This forced us to for-go our own furniture.... We called jasmin about this and she does not even sound like she cares at all on the phone. Just kept saying the owner does not want to take away the furniture....2. On the initial call, both party agreed that the owner does not mind with pets. But when comes to closing the deal, we got thrown with a curve ball saying the owner want a raise because we have a pet... This is utterly the most disgusting attitude towards animals and the worst level of communication... Because of this, we're are forced to pay more just because we have pets. The worst part is, we didnt end up bring our pet with us in the end due to the chaotic BS and drama we have had to deal with these scumbags. Causing soo much metal stress and depression to my partner because our pet cannot come with us....3. Issues with the house was initially reported early on during the day we moved in. We live there for roughly a year+. NONE of the issues reported ever got address or fixed.... To the point it is soo ridiculous that on the week we plan to move out, only the handyman came by to only access the things that require fixing.... How much lower can these stupid people go down to the bottom of the barrel regarding their communication and professionalism...At the end of the day when we moved out, we did send an email to the main beals email notifying them we are retuning the key on a set date. But some how jasmin amazingly able to missed the email again. Saying that she was not inform regarding us returning the keys. Thats the final draw, we are absolutely done with dealing with these useless and brainless people.I honestly dont know if this is just a problem with portsmouth north end brunch issues or if this is an issue for the wider beals company but beals management team, if you are sincerely listening and if you do have a genuine human heart. Please clean up your act, this is no way to treat customers like that. We have all the email conversation archived as proof of evidence if needed.And as for jasmin, lucy and that one old guy that work with them, SHAME on you all for your disgusting treatment towards us!!How about grow a heart and be kinder and fairer towards people for a chance. Try that for once in your life.

It takes a lot leave your beloved property in the hands of somebody else to look after on your behalf. Amber from Beals completely has my back and her cheerful and professional disposition is very much appreciated. Her communications are rapid, accurate and informative, even if the news isn’t good. She is constantly raising the bar in terms of customer service and professional conduct and is a credit to her employer. I know Amber is part of a team at Beals, and there are others who I'm delighted with too, but she totally has my trust where my flat is concerned.
