Our previous Letting Agent had our rental property on their books for months with hardly a viewing and I was getting very concerned about finding new tenants to cover our financial outgoings. Within a matter of days of switching to Anstey (now Beal's) we had several viewings lined up and a couple of weeks after that a signed contract for the next rental year. We were relieved and grateful to Rhys and his team for making this process quick, easy and painless and we're happy to say all subsequent dealings with them have been exactly the same! Even asking more recently for a recommendation for a good, reliable local plumber Rhys replied within hours and his plumber proved to be just that. An easy 5 star recommendation.

It lets you upload pictures of any maintenance issues that might arise, and schedules visits from contractors. Excellent service

Beal's acted in the sale of my mother's house as she has gone into care. The service from the Gosport office was excellent starting with Adam and the property appraisal, viewings were handled by Louise who kept me informed throughout and provided good feedback from the viewers after each viewing. We purchased a house through Beals Estate agents, our journey started early November. We met Emily at the property, she was professional and offered really great tips, on the potential of the property etc. She was straight to the point on what the seller wanted, which put us in the best position. She rang the day after the viewing and we put our offer on the property!Emily was our go to, she was thorough and constantly requesting updates from us, the seller and the lawyers. Well done Beals Gosport

Adam, Louise, Esmee and Katie have all been brilliant. After Trying to sell my house since May with another estate agent with no luck at all I decided to go with Beals and within a couple of weeks I had sold my house Esmee sold the house for me and she was very knowledgeable and went above and behond to sell my house. Louise sold me the house I have just bought and again she is such a lovely person and knows her job. I spoke to Adam quite a few times on the phone and when he came to my house with Esmee to have a look round to make sure he knew everything about my house for potential buyers. Katie the Sales Negotiator is a lovely person who is always on hand making sure everything goes smoothly for the buyer and the seller. I would recommend Beals Gosport to anyone who is thinking of selling or buying a house.

Beals of Gosport Are Absolutely The Best Estate agents

We always thought that engaging an estate agent to sell would be much of a muchness, but my goodness were we wrong! Beals Knocked it out of the park!! Firstly, Adam came to put a value to our house, he was a very friendly, relaxed and engaging fellow. He gave us lots of advice, was in no way pushy, he told us what he thought would be the right price to market at, but then left us, so that we could discuss between ourselves and in private and decide whether to engage. Well, we are SO glad that we decided to go ahead with Beals of Gosport! The second agent that we met there was Louise. What an absolute star has she turned out to be! Having Adam and Louise in what is still very much your home, is like inviting old friends in. One way and another, there have been a quite a few issues along the way, effecting parts of the chain at different stages, but Louise has been right there, at every moment, to offer advice, research issues on our behalf, and ringing to speak and reassure, when she's felt it's needed. We don't honestly think we would have got to completion stage without her tenacious professionalism, as well as her friendly encouragement. So in conclusion, dont go for a faceless, online agency, because you won't get the care, consideration and hands on guidance that you definitely get from Beals of Gosport.

Beal's a great experience

We are completely new to the rental market and Beal's of Gosport made the experience easy and completely hassle free.They have many rental packages for Landlords to choose from of which they took the time to explain to us fully giving us ample time to make our choices. We were given our own property manager Jade who has years of experience and is a very friendly, helpful knowledgeable young lady. Nothing was too much trouble nor any question difficult to for her to answer. Jades advice was professional and excellent and she managed to let our property immediately. She took time to see us whenever we needed to and is an absolute credit to Beal's. The manager in the Gosport branch Christine was also very helpful, knowledgeable and professional. Muhammad has been absolutely fantastic with helping us in our search for an apartment to rent. Prior to this, I was overwhelmed and fed up with viewings and not being satisfied.
