Although, I am not sure who you are or how you are linked to the contract holder or the property, so I donβt feel comfortable responding to an unknown person, but as you have given us a 1 star review, will respond somewhat.
We moved the tenant (as they were then known) into the property in December 2015 on a let only basis, meaning that the landlord dealt with the tenants after we moved them in.
Our dealing with this property arose again in 2024, when we were approached by the landlord saying they were struggling with the contract and contract holder due to a number of reasons, which we agreed to help with.
Our on boarding process discovered several things to resolve which we began to undertake.
The landlord wanted the property back to be able to sell due to personal circumstances, so notice was served to the contract holder.
During our involvement, we have tried to resolve certain issues, with generally no avail, as the view of someone was it could be dealt with after the contract has ended.
The contract was signed as a person, not a charity. A charity running a contract would involve amending paperwork, which neither SA Property or the landlord have been notified to do.
We as a company have tried our best to accommodate both parties to facilitate an amicable exit, however not everyone has seen our help as an opportunity to utilise. We have tried as we always do to provide the best service possible to both landlord and contract holder, but I fear in this instance our re introduction was too late and the relationship between landlord and contract holder was irreparable and now we suffer the 1-star review from an unknow person.
As previously said, I do not know who you are and more to the point you do not know who we are, you have never dealt with us (as far as I am aware) to have experienced our service and therefore I do not agree with your 1-star review.
I will also say that we always promote our reviews and responses, and this will be no exception as we have nothing that we feel we have done to warrant such a review from an unknow person or the contract holder.
I would also welcome you to contact us directly to discuss any issues that you or the contract holder feels are an issue and maybe this should have been done before posting a review,

They have kept us informed all through the process and Cheryl has gone above and beyond to make sure everything has progressed and also to make us feel welcome and passing on her local knowledge of beaches, places to visit, even where take aways were for our first night here. GoogleI do not recommend. To elaborate... my experience was with a lady named Cheryl. I was told when i rented a property from you guys, the cottage. I asked if house has any mold issues. She said no, very confidently! And when u have children its not easy to move out from house to house. So i was stuck in this property due to the lack of information. I was also told by the landlord that you guys should have told me to keep the porch windows slightly open i was never told this and if i was that would've been a red flag for me as its not practical. I will actually attach images to prove my case. I was later told by the landlord who attempted to fix the issue to the best of his ablity that i needed to keep wiping this mold down. Really? I pay my rent and to be told that, so impractical. And their was a property that came up in gowerton the area i was looking to rent in, i was told by Sheryl that she will inform me as soon as something becomes available, i called to enquire about this house and i was told it was taken. My experience with Cheryl has left me disappointed and sadly for your team, i will not be recommending you guys nor will i buy or rent from you in the future. Part of admin fee that you charge, is also suppose to include information about the property which was left out and for this i find you guys to be dishonest, oblivious and misleading.

Hello thank you for your review, i am a little dissapointed that you gave us 1 star and would ask that you elaborate please. Thank you for your elaboration. When we took on the property you are referring too it was on a let only basis, meaning the landlord was in charge of all maintenance. Prior to you moving in, we conducted our move in inspection, which showed no signs of mould or damp. This was in 2017, we had then not heard from you until last month when you were happy to try to rent another property from us?? Unfortinately for you, you cancelled your viewing and the property was then let, which we informed you about. Dissapointing i know, but there are always properties in the area becoming available. You did not mention damp at this point either, which i thought would have been a good point to do so. I can also confim that you were given all of the relevant paperwork when you moved in. Thank you again for your review and good luck in your new home
