Had to give one star when wanted to give a zero.Sharman Quinney is a company to avoid at any cost.This estate agents sign you up for a 6 months contract when other agencies sign you upfor 3months.There is a 14 day cooling off periodwhich is law.For those 2 weeks there were numerous viewings and an offer which was accepted then after the 14 days the offer fell through as the buyers could apparently not get a mortgage.After that you are in a 6 month contract then the viewings were few and far between.when you chased them to ask them why it hasn’t sold when other houses in your street were sold with other agencies the lies then started and when the 6 months contract was almost at an end and you told them you would not be renewing it, the property had miraculously sold for considerable less than asking price.months after there was no completion date in sight and endless excuses l removed it off the market.

GoogleNever trusted them they are just harassing people , Emily scheduled meeting with us for property tour and after we reached at property Emily never showed , We tried calling and all calls straight to voicemail and no one call us back. No one replying on emails . Scammers.. Avoid them there are many other property advisers please go for them but not Sharman

GoogleWe are purchasing a house through Sharman Quinney at present. After losing out on another property, Harriet and Mariella worked hard on booking us in for viewings and we finally found a house and it was secured! We have had a really good experience with both of them :)

I had to give it 1 star as you can’t write a review otherwise, so in reality I give them 0 stars!! This company is an absolute sham!! Since the 10th July 2024 my elderly farther has been without hot water and heating, he is boiling pans and the kettle to wash his pots and pans, and carrying boiling water upstairs so he can have some kind of a wash!!! This is absolutely ridiculous disgusting and unacceptable, this company don’t give a fig, all you get is ‘oh, I’ve only just been given this case’ or ‘we are trying to contact the landlord’, this is utter rubbish.Duty of care, none existent !! If you are a landlord I advise you stay away from this farse of a company and seeking renting or selling elsewhere, if you were looking to rent or buy, forget it, stay as far away from this …( I can’t even call it a company)… array of people that do or don’t answer phones or emails under the name of sharman Quinny. My 0 stars stands firm! Avoid at all costs.

GoogleIt behoves upon us to write this review of affirmation for the outstanding service offered by Kirsty and Connor at Sharman Quinney lettings. Right from the beginning Kirsty provided an unconditional advice regarding the contractual and legal requirements. The advice was extremely professional and the communication was superb. This saved us time and costly mistakes; being an NHS professional grappling with the aftermath of Covid-19. Connor's help by throwing his weight around and getting the contract done was brilliant-. A "coup d'etat for parfait de vie". Undoubtedly, they are an asset to Sharman Quinney and I have absolutely no hesitation to recommend them and their firm.
