GoogleThis was my first time in a long while letting my property through an agency and I had a lot of reservations, all of which were quashed when Simon came to look at my property. Simon has a thorough understanding of the market and what landlords need from a lettings agency and service. He provided the full service from appropriately pricing the property to being a friendly point of contact for both me and my tenant. Simon also did his due diligence on all potential tenants to ensure suitability which is worth its weight in gold with the volume of prospective tenants and it needing to be right for both parties.
