Simon was excellent from my first contact with him on the phone through to when we received the keys. He was very supportive, honest and informative due to the unexpected, awful situation we found ourselves in and that we had no control over. From viewing the property, setting up the referencing and getting the keys - the whole process went like a dream and through Simon’s help I could actually get a good night sleep, as how it dealt with it so rapidly for us solved the situation. I cannot thank Simon enough for all his help to secure my first home! Being heavily pregnant and having to find somewhere affordable in a short time frame was very stressful. The details they produced were comprehensive and added drone footage online which is fab.
