GoogleI have been immensely happy with my experience with Seymours in selling our house. We had an initial buyer fall through due to issues identified in a home survey, and over the space of nearly a full subsequent year Seymours systematically organized about half-a-dozen different vendors to undertake the necessary work for us, and despite this huge undertaking didn't increase their costs. They were professionals at every step of the way, presented the house well during the selling process, and provided well-thought-out advice on the best thing to do at each step of the journey. We currently live overseas and I genuinely don't think we could have done this without them. Thoroughly recommended.

From the first visit from Ian, through admin support from Emily, viewings, negations and completion, they were professional, reliable and responsive. Their collective knowledge base and experience was invaluable when dealing with the inevitable challenges that arose along the way. Thank you particularly to Tom, who is an excellent communicator, understood our needs and acted as our advocate, liaising with all parties throughout. GoogleNever having dealt with an estate until last year after our Dad sadly passed away and we had to sell the family home we used Seymours to sell it.We needed 3 valuations for Probate but Seymours were the winners by a long stretch for the estate agent that we wanted to use for the sale. From the 1st time meeting them for the initial valuation to the completion date and handing the keys all the staff were so helpful and professional in their work.The house went on the market only 3 months after our Dad passed away so with dealing with bereavement was hard enough let alone selling the house aswell but we could trust Seymours to make the right decisions to make the sale as easy as possible.They all took pride in their work and all had good customer service skills.All phone calls and emails would be dealt with quickly and they would always be happy to talk to us on the phone and give us a warm welcome when visiting them in person.We definately made the right choice using Seymours,they came out 100% selling our house.

GoogleThank you to everyone at Seymours Godalming (but especially Lewis Payne) We sold and bought through Seymours and we had a complicated chain with a prolonged exchange and Seymours were amazing. Lewis chased everyone in the chain daily and without his tenacity I don't think we would have got the house we wanted. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Seymours.

GoogleSeymours lettings team provided outstanding service for our move into rented accommodation in Godalming. They were welcoming from the start, providing clear information about the process; engaged personally in understanding our requirements; identified specific houses relevant to our needs as soon as they became available (many other agents simply included us on generic mailing lists); helped us individually through each stage of the offer; and alerted us pro-actively when a error by an external agency needed addressing rapidly. They were always available to answer questions about the town, location and a range of practical issues. When it came to the move-in, they took our somewhat complex arrangements in their stride and provided an easy connection with the landlord. They are now running the tenancy on behalf of the landlord and have responded speedily and effectively to any maintenance issues or questions. We have found the team really well organised, knowledgeable, communicative, thoughtful and above all kind - really important when going through such a stressful event as a house move. Thoroughly recommended.
