GoogleWe have been very happy with the service provided by Seymours. I both purchased my house originally and sold it through your agency and was generally very pleased with the service. My only concern was that on one occasion an agent came for a viewing around 20 minutes early and tried to let himself in whilst I was still getting out of the shower. This could obviously have been quite embarrassing. Fortunately our keys were still in the door and thus the agent was unable to gain access. GoogleI have been renting through Seymours since 4 years now and they have been phenominal. Their service is excellent and they respond to all needs or requests immediately. I just rented a new property and they were incredible. Kim helped me get the contract sorted within several days. She was was brilliant in her support and I am deeply grateful that she managed to get my daughter and I the perfect place to live. I can highly recommend renting through Setmours in Godalming. They are truly an amazing team!

They are a really great bunch and in particular, Lynne Stedman, who was incredibly helpful and supportive to us when we really needed it most. GoogleAndy Crossley at Seymour’s was very good to deal with when buying our house in a horribly competitive market. He seemed genuinely keen to help, there was a lot of back and forth with the sellers and he kept things moving. He definitely had to work hard to make it happen and he made a stressful process that bit easier. We’ve concluded we’re never moving again, but if we do, we’d certainly consider using Seymour’s.
