GoogleEveryone I have dealt with here have been totally professional throughout and would say this is easily the best Estate Agents I have ever dealt with. From start to finish everyone has been very polite, friendly, helpful, efficient and patient. I really cannot thank them enough as have made my move as easy and pain free as possible and eveything has gone smoothly and according to plan. I have been kept updated regularly and have never wondered what was happening at any point. Great team at Seymours Godalming and really cannot recommend them highly enough. Highly recommend. GoogleSeymours sold my buy to let flat, they arranged a good number of viewings and were instrumental in the sale going through. The sale got stuck with lawyers and there were other issues. They were extremely proactive and responsive, including speaking to lawyers and mortgage brokers regularly and ironing out issues. Andy really did exceed our expectations, going above and beyond. We were buying from a developer who had not finished certain aspects of the house and Andy helped us ensure that we were able to get fitting and fixtures that we wanted. GoogleHonestly, Seymours are hands down the most professional lettings agent I have ever dealt with. As a landlord I just know that everything is going to be taken care of - efficiently, professionally and always with a reassuring word at the end of the phone. Managing a property can often be an anxious experience, but these guys offer that complete peace of mind that comes with knowing your property is in the right hands. I've let my property out with them for 12 years and never - not once - have I had any problems. New tenancies have gone smoothly, repairs made quickly and both tenants and landlord happy. They've always resolved any issues with the house quickly and handled the relationship with the landlord very well. You are in safe hands selling or renting your property with Seymours (I have done both). As with any sale, bumps along the road were handled professionally by Seymours - the team pull together well and I have found they are always available to answer any queries. Robbie's negotiating skills are second to none - he handled nervous buyers impressively, showing a fair hand to both buyer and seller to achieve a win-win result. He also went the extra mile seeking information on my behalf for my own house purchase. How refreshing to have a dedicated team and an agent truly with the 'human touch' supporting you amidst all the flurry of paperwork and related stresses of a house sale. Thank you Seymours! .
