GoogleWe used this firm to take photos of our holiday cottage recently. We couldn't have asked for a slicker process. The photographer arrived on time, had props with him, and helped guide me on how to set things up to make the most of the cottage. He was very polite, respectful of the property and efficient. Would recommend.

GoogleThey should be ashamed of what they're charging. £3k per month for a 3 bed flat on Muller Road, with one bedroom being barely bigger than the bed in it, a garden that looks like a bomb has been dropped on it, and with every single piece of furniture in the entire house looking like it's been rescued from the nearest recycling center. Disgusting.
Hi Alex, I think there's been a misunderstanding as we are not in control of the rents on our platform, we advise landlords/agents to ensure rents are at fair market rates, but we cannot change the rent on their behalf. We are really sorry that the property you found is not up to scratch, we've reported this to the agent, and we'd love to find you something that is better suited to you.

GoogleI dealt with Joanne and Charlie at Burns & Webber Godalming for over a year. They worked tirelessly on my house sale, were professional, friendly, compassionate at all times with what turned out to be a rather horrible house sale which fell through once, but finally completed in July 2018! They remained unbelievably courteous and unflappable in extremely stressful conditions and both deserve a medal! I would highly recommend using Burns & Webber Godalming for your house sale. Thank you both for being amazing!

GoogleLet down by staff who seem to think skipping a few corners is okay. Lost me a good buyer who wrote to tell me what happened after they were lied to by several members of staff. Would avoid next time. Edit. No this is definitely for Adam at burns and Webber and whoever the useless woman at head office at Curchods was who said she’d help but didn’t bother. Perhaps your record keeping is as abysmal as your customer service.
