Outstanding Customer Service from Amy at St.Modwen Homes

recently encountered a water leak issue from under the flooring tiles of my toilet. I emailed St Modwen Customer Service to request an engineer's visit for inspection and repair.I was very pleased with the prompt and professional service I received. Amy, a representative from St. Modwen Homes, contacted me and efficiently scheduled an appointment for the expert. Throughout the phone conversation, Amy was incredibly helpful, friendly, and reassuring. She instilled confidence by stating that she would handle the situation, which significantly reduced my initial stress regarding the issue.I am very grateful for Amy's professionalism and attentiveness, and I look forward to the upcoming visit from the engineer. This experience has definitely reinforced my positive impression of St. Modwen Homes.

Great Job Mihail !

We had a problem with water ingress from a window which had spoilt the windowsill. St Modwen customer service arranged for Mihail to attend and rectify the problem and he has done a great job. Mihail also fixed a problem with our balcony bi-fold door a couple of weeks ago and fixed it. Door is now smoothly opening and closing whereas before it was difficult to open and close. Thank you Mihail !!

Excellent customer care technician

Having recently purchased a St Modwen home at Glan Llyn in Newport we of course, had some snags that needed rectifying. We had a number of technicians around previously but Callum has been a great help. He has gone above and beyond to ensure that interior finishing (paint/varnishing/sealant) is now of a standard that we are happy with. For anyone purchasing/purchased a St Modwen in Newport, specifically ask for Callum to help resolve any interior issues.

Solid modern practical home

Solid modern practical home. Very friendly sales team and great builder after service. Amie Cole and Lewis deserve a big shout out, they were caring and fantastic throughout both the sales and after sales process. Sales management did get pushy toward sales closure which was unpleasant and unnecessary, due to St Modwen’s financial year end pressures. Other than that we are very happy in our new home . Would recommend - glam lyn still water

Had some small minor issues after moving in but customer care (Josh) have always been very quick, friendly and efficient in getting these sorted. Now 10 months in and 0 problems with our home. Ritchie and his workmanship

Having had Ritchie back a few times now I think all of the work is finally complete. As ever Ritchie is a delight to have in our home and the kids love it when he comes by due to his personable happy self. He has a can do work ethic and always goes above and beyond to ensure every job is done to perfection. In total he has transformed two rooms and dealt with a number of snagging issues. Our experience of buying a flat from St.Modwen at Handley Place in Weston-super-Mare has been a positive one from start to finish. The Sales Team were always supportive & nothing was too much trouble. Caroline, in particular, was very helpful & reassuring. The site team have also been willing to answer any questions & provide any help they can. I've recently moved into my new home built by St.Modwen Homes at CoftonPark, and I've got to say, I'm seriously impressed with both the quality of the work and the fantastic customer service they've provided. Right from the get-go, it was clear that they'd paid attention to every little detail.There's one person who really stood out in making my experience outstanding, and that's the site manager, Nabeel Anwar. Nabeel's dedication to getting things just right and sorting out any problems was brilliant. He didn't just fix things quickly, but he also made sure I was happy with everything.What's great about Nabeel is how he's always on the ball with time and understands the pressures that come with moving into a new home. Our New Build At St Modwens Hendrefoilan

We purchased a new build property from St Modwens at their Hendrefoilan site in Sketty Swansea.The location of this site is excellent for all local amenities and only a short drive to the Gower peninsula.The property itself is very well designed spacious living and a high standard of finish throughout.What few teething problems we had when we moved into the property were quickly rectified by the whole team.Special thanks to Elaine and Amie sales team for a trouble free purchase also the site management team of Dafydd and Lewis for their total professionalism.

Customer service aftercare - Glan Llyn

So I know I’ve given a review before but wanted to come back on and share my experience of the aftercare I have received especially on one of the snags fixed yesterday. The whole team at Glan Llyn have been fantastic but I wanted to specifically call out Josh, John and Callum. Josh is always quick to respond and ensures my issues are resolved as quickly as they can be. No job is too big or small for the customer care team. John and Callum are masters are what they do. Callum fixed an issue with one of my side panels in the utility yesterday. The finish was phenomenal! I’ve never known trades to leave things cleaner than what it was before they arrived but these two guys take such pride in their work. Big thank you from Plot 130!!

After our last experience of purchasing a new home, which including packing up and moving back out to live in their showhome for 8 weeks for repairs to be sorted, our friends and family questioned us on buying another new build! Our experience could not be more different. Right from the moment we turned up at the sales office to enquire about purchasing and meeting the lovely Mercedes, who couldn't do enough to help us with the enormous task of relocating from Cornwall, she really was amazing. On moving in day, knowing we were coming from cornwall, we didn't arrive until 5pm, there were supply's of tea, coffee, milk and sugar waiting for us along with cake and biscuits in the kitchen and Dean stayed late to greet us and sort out any issues we had upon arrival. Although we haven't seen much of Dean, he was always around for us in the first few days/weeks, he also assured us Dan would be along soon who we would get to see more often than our own children! He was right, he came and introduced himself within a day or so and has regularly knocked on our door to check all's well. Any snags we reported to Dan were promptly noted and Dave and Lee would after a pre arranged appointment come and sort out what they could. There has never been an issue getting other companies out to do jobs like drafts around the windows etc. We have been in our beautiful home now 4 months, Dan still pops round for a chat and to check there are no problems. I can not praise this company and their wonderful workforce enough. Renewed our faith in new builds. Thank you St Modwen for everything

Good team @ the Fairways

I am a first time buyer. 2023Jun I am fortunate to meet the developer of st.modwen home. I already had a good impression from the first time I went to the Fairways show home, especially a lady named Julie who introduced me to all the information about the house. She explained in detail and was very patient. When we decided to buy, we went through the complicated paperwork and picked out the materials in the house. Julie was very attentive in helping and explaining. The developer completed the project on time. When I got the house, I was very happy with the decoration inside, but there were some flaws, but I was lucky. I met Mr. Stuart, the site manager, who was also a nice guy. He repaired the new house as quickly as possible, using text messages and direct conversations for every conversation. They are very enthusiastic, explain in detail, answer all questions and are truly professionals. St modwen is really lucky to have these two employees. I have nothing positive things to say about the team at the site, starting with Mercedes throughout the process of getting into the property was so helpful and easy to deal with. And the with regards to the build and visiting the site Dean has been fantastic with his willingness to help and assist with anything we had questions or queries about. Once moved in Dean could not of been more helpful and supported brilliantly by Dan, Dave and Lee who were brilliant and sorted any issues, regardless of how minor promptly.

I purchased a showhome (The Garnet) in Meon Vale even though I was coming from a fully furnished home, so obviously some adjustments had to be made within the build once I arrived. The team at St. Modwen has been unbelievable, from Mercedes and Caroline in Sales, to Dean together with Will from the building side, with Dan in Customer Services and his team Dave, Lee and Rob. I have only been in the house 4 days and we have nearly completed all adjustments needed. The team are all so friendly, courteous and supportive and ready with solutions if necessary. The area is still being developed and so staff are very quick to respond and assist as they are on site, while keeping the property spotless. St. Modwen and the team at Meon Vale have definitely exceeded my expectations and I would certainly recommend to other prospective buyers.

St Modwen team have been nothing but amazing, from the beginning of my house hunting journey to the end of me living in my new home. Simon was very supportive and kind throughout the process of buying my house, particularly great communication with me and the mortgage team to ensure a smooth as possible process towards completion. They were extremely honest which was important to me as a first time buyer to make sure there were no surprises.Moving into the house was a very positive experience thanks to Liam and Matt (the site managers) who were really friendly and down to earth, answering my hundreds of questions and making sure I was happy with everything during the move. After a week of living here Josh from customer care plus the rest of the team mentioned have continued their professionalism and helped me with any queries I’ve had, whilst checking in with me regularly incase anything else has cropped up that I needed help or advice with. Overall the whole team that I have dealt with have been genuinely friendly, helpful, supportive and very attentive. I have had no negative experiences and despite me already being moved in the excellent customer care has continued. Highly recommend.

Top Quality Repairs!

We've lived in our new home for 12 months, and recently had an issue with the En-suite. St.Modwens were great. They had a brilliant technician, Lee, attend our property, where he has taken out the old tiles and plasterboard etc and fully replaced it all; it looks amazing. Lee was so professional, and his work is 100%. Couldn't have asked for a better technician. Thank you Lee.
