We have been landlords for more than 18 years now.We used numerous Estate agencies in the past.In our many years of experience, Taylors Estate Agent are the best agency who have managed our properties. All the staff we deal with are very helpful.Miss Maria Kemp in particular is a first class manager.Her communication skills, professionalism and attention to detail are second to none. She also acts very swiftly in addressing any issues. Very highly recommended Thank you very much Maria for all your input.

Yet another great service from the lettings team. Vienna & Lesley have been persistent and professional throughout. The covid impact has left me rather downbeat but the ladies have been optimistic ad continued forward, and their tenacity paid off. As I have come to expect (im spoilt now) they go above my expectations, which is very reassuring and comforting. Vienna is a great asset to the team and is always on hand - Lesley has built up a great team! I highly recommend!!!

5 stars doesn't do David, Katie and the team at Taylors in Swindon justice, David was an absolute legend when it came to letting my house out, no only did he take excellent photographs, full listing details, my property went on their website on a Friday and Monday morning I had a call to say a Let had been agreed, rent payments have been on time every month, any questions I've had have been answer quickly.When we came to list my wife's house ready for our move we went straight to David, I didn't think it was possible to beat last time but they had a let agreed the same day we instructed them.David should be well on the way to winning Letting Agent of the year (if such a thing exists!)If your considering letting out your home - use Taylor's it's as simple as that!

TrustpilotWe listed a property with the kingswood…
We listed a property with the kingswood estate agents who advised to put it on as an auction. The original value of the property was set at £210,000. Within a month of the property being listed the auctioneer was already trying to drop the price of the property by £40,000 to £170,000. We were not happy about this as it had hardly been on the market for a while and didn't want to lose that much value in that short of a time. We asked that the property be relisted normally and not on auction which Taylors advised they would do. 6 weeks later we get a message from Taylors stating they'd had no interest and to request we drop the price again at which point we checked the advert online to find out they were still advertising the property on as auction and had no changed it as requested. We were pretty annoyed about this and asked that they remove it from listing and we would go elsewhere as they had made a complete mess of trying to sell our property. This is also an ex rental property so it is costing us money to hold onto it empty.

I’ve signed up for full letting management of my property, while working away, through Countrywide (actually Taylor’s in Gloucester, who come under Countrywide). Useless.They have to be prompted to do even the most basic things such as arranging for safety certificates, property checks etc.The full management service is supposed to come with a web portal for landlords. Never updated.Nobody answers the phone at the branch. Nobody replies to emails. When trying to contact the tenancy renewals team, the automated system sends you on a seemingly endless loop (“Press 1 for renewals” end up being passed straight back to menu options)Never update their internal system, so if you do get hold of someone they never know what’s happening. Paperwork has been lost. Instructions never followed.I have no idea what they do. Absolutely useless.

Horrendous Lettings agency, ready to gulp down entire of your deposit, that's their game. You cant escape, so if possible dont get into it. Anyone struggling can consult me, shall let you know how to extract every last legitimate money that you deserve to be returned. I took them to the adjudicator and won.

Thanks for his clear communication, experience (knowledge about the property market) and nice personality I was able to rent a property in just a one day! Booked to view a property in bradley stoke by someone called Joe. He rang in the morning to confirm, we went for our viewing for no one to turn up for at least 10 - 15 minutes late, then he didn't have the keys and had no idea how to get in and said his phone doesn't work. He then walked off after cancelling our viewing, soon after another couple turned up to view the property and they were there to meet the same agent who they called to come straight back, he came back and give the same excuses to the next coupleCompletely unprofessional and wasted our time, I took time from work to view this property.1 star because I could leave less!!!

Bedminster office - I had hoped that this one would be different. But if you like inaccuracies with details and not being able to explain their processes then they are for you. When I complained I was told that they'd followed their processes but it seems that they like to kept that information to themselves.

I have been renting through this letting agent for almost 2 years now and it has been an amazing experience so far. The property manager Nathaniel Allibone has always being prompt with reported issues and recently made sure that an urgent repair issue was completed on time. .They take maintenance repair issues serious and are reliable to get quality services. I recommend their service to everyone.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. I would never rent from this or any other associated companies ever again and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. The experience I had from the time my tenancy ended until I had my deposit partially returned was nothing short of farcical. Their lack of communication and unwillingness to help or address any of my concerns made the process of moving significantly more stressful than it needed to be. They were far more interested in money, they have no desire to provide a decent service for their tenants. I ended up losing a portion of my deposit for which was completely unnecessary cleaning purely due to the fact that I was given the run around from the day I moved out. Had I not reluctantly agreed this saga would still be ongoing and I wouldn't have had any of my money returned. They repeatedly lied about the reason for a sudden increase in this pricing, refused point blank to provide an invoice, refused to listen to any concerns I had and effectively refused to discuss anything until I threatened to seek legal advice. Only then did I receive a phone call. This person was unable give any reason or address any of my concerns, and could not tell me why I was unable to have any sort of invoice. They also lied that the landlord had contacted me when he had not. Even after agreeing to pay these (illegal) cleaning fees just so I could be done with the whole situation it still took a further email and telephone call to have my money returned. Absolute joke of an agency. Avoid at all costs. If you do happen to rent with them take photographs of everything because they will use any excuse under the sun to keep your money.
