FacebookI cannot thank Move in Cheltenham for all that they did during our purchase. Chloe & Joe and all of the team that helped were absolutely brilliant. Always hounding the required people to get the job done which made our lives so much easier. We are that happy with the service we received that olivia of the lettings part of move estate agents will be having the property back from us once our renovations are complete. We can’t wait to work with you all and everyone else who was part of the process again in the future :-)

Was initially not sure whether to give this review however, reading the review of another person's experince from MOVE highlighted a need to save someone else out there... The experince from Move has led to both financial and psychological distress. The tenant they put in the property did not pay for 6 months which it took the individual effort of the landlord to finally evict them. Surprising after the eviction it took another letting agent to support in recovering part of the money owed by the tenant which was impossible for MOVE to achieve. MOVE is now threatening to collect the 6 months management fee for the service that was not provided as they did not engage with the tenant throughout the 6 months. 2 months out of the 6 months management fee has been paid to MOVE however they are now threatening to go to collection agency for the remaining 4 months whilst a payment plan has been proposed. It is so shocking that MOVE could actually threaten people on a service that was not provided (Property Management) despite a payment plan that has even been proposed for the remaining 4 months.

GoogleMove was recommended to me by a work colleague who uses them for letting his property. We need to sell our house ASAP so Paul came to do our valuation and was really helpful and informative on what we should market it at and how. Evan has carried out all the viewings this week, he would get back to us within 30 minutes of the viewing with feedback in lots of detail. He arranged a second viewing for a potential buyer yesterday and we accepted an offer of asking price the same day! The house has been on the market less than a week. I cannot recommend Move enough and I’m so appreciative of Paul and Evan’s professionalism and quick responses. They have made this process super easy and stress-free. Here’s hoping for a quick completion!
