GoogleI have very bad experience with that company, their maintenance service is very bad and so slow. They gave an appointment and no one coming. Agents are not helpful at all. The new house that I rent has a lot of serious issues that need to be fixed and they don't care. They just keeping you waiting. I would not recommend them for anyone.

GoogleWe found everyone whom we dealt with at the Gloucester branch to be efficient, helpful and courteous in relation to our property sale. We primarily dealt primarily with Chloe who would deal with any queries or concerns we had asap. She also updated us regularly with regards to how are sale was progressing.

Googleas a previous tenant of move I would avoid them with a barge pole. Constantly had to chase. Really disorganised. From day one we had our concerns when they gave us wrong keys. They were quite abrupt
