Move Gloucester have been a breathe of fresh air for us as sellers. They have been fully attentive and quick to respond from the point when we asked them to value our property to agreeing a sale. The key for us is communication and they communicated quickly and openly throughout the process. They are clearly keen to help around their local community too and at our time of going to market they wanted to support key workers in selling their properties through the pandemic with enhanced fee structures. We would highly recommend using their services to sell or buy.

Worst agency ever. Once they have your fees they couldn’t care less. Make sure to note the extraordinary fees in their tenant terms of business, £145 just to check out and leave... They’re currently trying to charge me £95 to refund an accidental payment to them even though I’m no longer a tenant! They had the cheek to ask if I’d taken worthless items from others in the house share, yet told me to call the police when my more expensive items were taken while there and said managing anything in the house wasn’t their problem. Sure enough you’ll get a phone call if a long term tenant doesn’t like something but if you have an issue nothing is done and you are suggested to leave. I have all intentions of going to the property ombudsman since they can’t be bothered to email me back either.
