GoogleI have had a very good experience using Michael Tuck in the sale of my house, from start to finish I have been kept updated and in the loop with regards to what is going on and when it will be happening. Very professional and friendly and I would have no hesitation in recommending MT to anyone. A personal thank you to Chloe, Tony and Giles for all the help selling my house.

GoogleAfter speaking with a few local estate agents and being presented with varying valuations and fees I became confused as I wanted to reach the maximum price for my property but at the same time I needed the procees to be as quick as possible. A work colleague recommended I speak to Michael Tuck Estate Agents in Abbeymead. I went into the branch and was made to feel immediatly comfortable and relaxed by John who greeted me and started to share his vast experience of how I could realistically achieve what I needed to. 9 weeks later with full support and communication along the way ( sorry for the weekly calls John) my house was sold. Nothing was too much trouble and all my questions were always welcomed for discussion which was a great help. However, the fantastic support we had from Charlie, Tony, Chloe and Vicky, made it a positive and successful experience. Matt W. is an absolute star and exceptional professional, not only prior having the house sold but also after it was sold he has been always there explaining every bit of the process that we needed to know, even when we didn't get responses from the solicitors he would be there to help chasing information and going the extra mile to help us. I have to say, whilst I had made the mistake of ending up with a rubbish solicitor, Michael Tuck were to the rescue and went above and beyond to ensure that things were progressing. A big thank you to Matt, Yasmin and Tony in the Abbeymead Office for their help. The process with them and the regular updates were exactly what was needed in the uncertainty that I was facing because of my solicitor. I would without a doubt recommend them to sell my house when the time comes!

All the staff seemed friendly and helpful but we had our main dealings with Tony and he has really looked after us and gone above and beyond the call of duty. It has been a particularly highly stressful time for us as we found ourselves struggling with somewhere to live having moved county to live in Gloucester and Tony sorted out our sale as quickly as possible and kept us informed each step of the way.
