I have just bought a home through Michael Tuck. I cannot say how impressed with their staff from initially viewing the property. Tony in particular is exceptional. Whilst through my buying and selling process I have had dealings with many estate agents in my own sale. I give Tony the highest rating of all I have liaised with. 6🌟 Very skilled and good at his job very simply. Communication fantastic and his friendly approach no matter what issue arose I feel like I made a friend. Thank you Tony for all you have done to get this sale through ☺️ amazing for the seller and myself. Shout out to Vicky and Charlie too who were equally as supportive when you were out the office:)

My husband and I have rented from Michael Tuck, the Abbeymead office, for over 15 years across three different properties. They are excellent. Kurt has been incredible support over the years; helped us find alternative suitable accommodation quickly. Everyone in the team (like Heather, Lianne, Natalie) are great at their jobs but also really friendly, lovely people that make things like sorting needed repairs or having inspections stress free. I cannot recommend them highly enough - they are hands down the best agency I have come across by miles.

My partner and I had two viewings with Andrew last Monday and could not have been happier with his service and the speed of which he was able to accommodate us. Andrew was friendly, polite and listened to our opinions with genuine enthusiasm whilst not dismissing any concerns or issues we had. While we were unable to put an offer in on the property we loved (our own fault, as ours is not yet on the market) Andrew followed up with us via email and has since sent us additional listings we may be interested in and has taken our requirements on board. I have just bought my first house using Michael Tuck and they were brilliant by the far the best estate agents we dealt with in our time looking at houses. Specifically Charlie who helped us throughout the process from showing us around our new home and being able to answer every question we had about the property, which we found is surprisingly rare with estate agents these days.
