GoogleWe went to Michael Tuck's in Abbeymead looking to rent for 12 months after our home was badly damaged by burst pipes. They had an apartment just up for rent, they took us to see it straight away, we thought it would suit us fine so we went ahead with the contract. What a lovely team they are. They have been so sympathetic & helpful to us from the start. We are 81 & 88 years old & not very good on the computer. We have been back to see them a few times with emails & letters we didn't really understand. They have made us tea & helped us every time. Nothing is too much trouble. Well done team, you really are the tops.

GoogleI'm glad that we ended up using Michael Tuck as our estate agent. Chloe, Charlie, Tony and the rest of the team have all been a great help with the whole process of advertising and selling our house, right through to exchange of contract and completion! They were always friendly and approachable, willing to help anytime. As expected, some of the solicitors in the chain were tricky to get a hold of; the team at Michael Tuck were constantly on their case, chasing for updates. This gave us confidence that, collectively, we were doing everything we could to progress documents, proposed move dates and exchange of contracts at the earliest opportunity. It's probably quite obvious but we would recommend them to others!

GoogleKurt and the team at Michael Tuck have been absolutely excellent agents for the last 5+ years. They are highly responsive to any repairs, and communication is clear and quick. The relationship between the landlord and the agent is obviously very good and trusting. We have rented privately for many years, and Michael Tuck is genuinely the best agent we have rented from. GoogleWe normally do our own letting arrangements but due to personal circumstances we engaged Michael Tuck. From the start they were totally professional in their approach to prospective tenants and me their client. Which resulted in a very quick selection of a tenant who met all of our criteria. Special thanks to Kurt, James and Heather who kept us fully informed at all times. Would not hesitate to recommend.

FacebookAfter having a difficult experience with another estate agent we chose Michael Tuck after Chloe showed us round a property. She immediately saw what we needed and put us at ease, sold our house (subject to contract) and went on mat leave. Charlie stepped in when our sale became complicated and went above and beyond more than once helping to secure our sale through to completion. The team at Michael Tuck were fantastic and I recommend them. Fantastic!!!!

GoogleI recently purchased my first rental property through Michael Tuck in Abbeymead. Right from the start the team were very professional, approachable and really helpful. I dealt with Chloe for the sale who was fab and then rented out the property through the rental team. Again, James and Heather in the rental department couldn’t have been more helpful and made potentially quite a daunting process really straight forward! Lianne also made herself free on a day that worked best for me which was really appreciated so I could view the property a lot quicker.
