GoogleJosh and Will have both been more than helpful from the beginning! When trying to find somewhere to rent, it was a nightmare until I came across a property with Farr and Farr. From the viewing, paperwork and moving in, they have been amazing! Always on hand to answer any queries! Couldn’t of asked for an easier time with moving in :)

GoogleOut of date photos been used for the property I've enquired not what I was expecting when my daughter view the house is nothing like the *current images they provide* .
Hi Fern, Thank you for leaving us a review. After checking our system, I can see that you were personally booked to view one property with Farr & Farr Lettings. However, you did not show up to this viewing and you did not let us know you weren’t going to attend. We also cannot see anyone else on our system with the same, or similar, last name to your own. We're therefore unsure if this review has been left for the correct agency. That aside, to say that any of our property listings are nothing like their photos is simply not true. All our properties will be listed using their most up to date photographs and where possible we'll always look to obtain new photos before marketing a property. If it's a property with a tenant is in situ but they would prefer we did not take photos of their personal items, we will always listen to their request and use photos taken before they moved in (this is one of many things we do to make sure all our tenants feel respected and heard). If the photos we have before a tenancy began are very outdated, we simply won’t list a property until more can be obtained. Nevertheless, if you do believe this review is relevant to a property listed by Farr & Farr Lettings, we would welcome the opportunity to speak with you about it. GoogleReally great service. Josh and Ben at Farr & Farr are helpful, friendly and professional. They always answer my calls and respond promptly to my emails - unlike a certain other local lettings agency I dealt with recently. I actually feel like a valued customer getting personal service. The whole moving process was completed swiftly and painlessly and all of my questions were answered and requests met. I also received a courtesy call about a week after moving in to check that everything was ok with my new flat, which I thought was a nice touch.
