We viewed a property yesterday and we were told we would get an email first thing this morning containing the deposit info and a form for the references. We said we wanted to move in on the 28th and was told that would be fine. We have told our Landlord she can move her house sale forward because we have found a property and we will be out by the end of next week.We have been chasing Andrews all day for the email they promised to send, only to be told there is another applicant and we have both been sent to the Landlord to review and she will come back Monday with a decision. What are we meant to do? its the 21st today and we needed to be in on the 28th? This is awful service to be told we have not yet secured the property at 5pm on a Friday when we were led to believe the deposit and references were just a technicality. awful service im so upset and annoyed

I had an great experience with one of the staff who's name is Nancy Henley, very cooperative and helpful. She always response fast.

Has to be the worst estate agent I have ever encountered. 1 star is too much for them :DWe had broken shower in our flat for almost a year. We had to shower in ice cold water for 8 months. It took them 8 months to fix our shower, and all they had to do is install a water pump.They did this for other flats but for some reason it took them 8 months to do it for us.I have called them almost daily, and they have made numerous inspections. They are also very greedy. They have sent about a dozen of contractors from different companies to fit the pump, but after speaking to those contractors they said that Andrews would send them to get a quote, and after they give them their price, Andrews would ignore them...They have lied on multiple occasions, with their regional manager promising that the issue will be fixed in few days time (it wasn’t for months). They also lied about their managers being off on maternity, long term illness, retirement.. and I would then shortly speak to their managers and realise that they were not on maternity or sick leave.Admins seem to be useless and would lie and not leave case notes according to what the manager said.They only fixed the issue after I have raised the query with law firm. And surprisingly, after being legally requested to fix it, they did it in two days.

Disgusted with unprofessionalism and arrogance of their employees . Gave them offer to the property i was going to rent with one condition, that it will be minimum 2 year contract .They agreed, wasted my time to go through all referencing procedure .Then showed up with one year contract and telling me that its ok like that .No,Mr Nathan its not ok.Im still waiting for my deposit you were very quick to take but not as quick to give back.

As a tenant this company is so bad. Patronising communication that makes their tenants feel inferior. The property is inspected once every three months but issues are never resolved, and you get locked into 12 month fixed tenancies so they can charge you ever year to re-sign up. I had a leaking window that was letting water in, it took over a week to even get a response. Another week to get someone to visit, and then I had to chase up progress another week later to find out the outcome of the visit. So bad.I had to complain to the branch manager just to get things moving. Who then made a point of sending me a passive aggressive email. It’s worth adding she did nothing to speed up any resolution. So my leak is on-going. At the end of your agreement they also charge you eighty odd quid to complete it. Absolutely criminal experience. Worst letting agent I’ve ever dealt with.
