GoogleWith our tenants prematurely ending their tenancy, we needed to find others as quickly as we could. Jasmine Gyde was exemplary in assisting us to complete all the 'check outs' and 'check ins'. We cannot thank her enough - a wonderfully smooth transition. And result, the property was only vacant for 3 days.

I was particular happy with the exemplary service provided by Ben Gordon-Smith at Andrews Sutton /Purley; right from the moment I contacted him through to the finalisation of the Tenancy Agreement. He was excellent in communucating throughout the process; keeping me informed on progress and detailing exactly what was the next stage and how long it was likely to take. I have used Andrews to rent out 2 properties for over 15 years and this has been by far the best experience. Sarah Robinson was very quick when we requested a plumber to fix our boiler, she understood that we have 14 month old child in the house and going without hot water and heating was not ideal for a child. I like to thank Sarah for her quick response and empathy for our situation.
