Communication at the beginning was great, however this wasn’t great towards the end and felt we had to chase everything, also sent a message once completed which was not passed onto the buyers. The photos and listing was great.

We would like to specifically mention Michaela and Connor at the Royton branch for their professionalism and always ensuring we were communicated with at every stage of the house sale, they are also very knowledgeable and able to answer and explain any queries we had.
