my first time of selling a property on my own & i was a little nervous & unsure of processes but all the staff that dealt with the viewings & the selling stage were very reassuring & answered all my questions no matter how silly in a very calm & friendly manner. TrustpilotConveyancer and Agent Relationships can speed a transaction
As a Conveyancer I find that the relationship between estate agent and legal representatives can massively impact the speed and stress level of a transaction. Having recently concluded a transaction with Ada Grundy as the nominated sales progressor, I am even more convinced this is the case. Ada was beyond helpful, always willing to help with any chasing or liaising directly between buyer and seller (which as a Conveyancer I'm not allowed to do). She was funny and kind and understanding. If all my transactions were with agents like Ada I'd be a very happy lady indeed. Thank you Ada I hope our paths cross again in the near future - Jenny Amity Law

Couldn’t fault the service we received from Ryder & Dutton. Catherine, in particular, was outstanding; she was extremely helpful throughout and consistently chased things up to ensure everything kept moving forward, which made a real difference when there were delays beyond anyone’s control. Communication was clear and consistent, and I never felt like I was left waiting or chasing for updates myself. Catherine kept on top of things, followed up with all parties involved, and kept me informed at every stage. Would happily recommend Ryder & Dutton.

We were buying a property and the vendors had used Ryder and Dutton as their estate agents. Jenny had been assigned the sale. Jenny was proactive throughout, not just in finding solutions or chasing up documents, etc but also in communicating where the sale was up to. She provided updates on a frequent basis and even checked in when there wasn't particularly any movement just to let us know where things where up to or whether she was chasing something. She certainly put us at ease.

We had a sale agreed within a week of the property going on the market and thereafter the brilliant Geraldine Marsden was hugely proactive, helpful and good humoured in steering the sale through to Exchange and Completion. From my first interactions with Tony and Jess during the marketing process, Luis for fantastic photography, through to Geraldine on the post-sale arrangements, the experience was great and I would highly recommend them.

Just wow! She made things happen that I never thought possible. The requirements I had and requested would have been denied by most agents and sellers but Jaqueline made them happen! And I cannot be more grateful! The property in question needed a lot of attention to make it habitable due to previous tenants, but nothing was ever a problem. Communication was impeccable, nothing was too much trouble, and and understanding ear at the other end of the phone was exactly what I needed to keep me calm and level during a stressful time. My move in process was done by agent Sinyee. Sinyee has been absolutely fantastic throughout the whole letting process. She has been professional, friendly, and very responsive to all of my questions and emails. The communication from everyone we dealt with, was excellent. To start with when looking for our next home, Charlotte was brilliant and found exactly what we wanted. Then Jenny picked up once we had an offer accepted and she was there to make sure that communication between all the chain’s solicitors was ongoing and kept us informed throughout. We never had to chase!
