I can’t recommend Ryder & Dutton highly enough. After having two previous estate agents who failed to sell our house, Ryder & Dutton sold it within the first week. A special mention has to go to Jacqueline Gartshore, who was absolutely amazing throughout the whole process. I know I probably pestered her quite a bit, but she was always patient, professional, friendly and incredibly responsive. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and she kept me informed every step of the way, which really put my mind at ease. The whole team were professional, proactive and genuinely cared about getting the sale over the line. Thank you so much to Ryder & Dutton, and especially Jacqueline, for making what could have been a stressful experience so smooth and successful. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

We cannot thank the Ryder & Dutton team enough for everything they’ve done for us over the past year. They didn’t just help us sell our home; they also helped us find and purchase our forever home. They also supported us through the emotional process of selling my mother‑in‑law’s property after her passing. All of this happened within the same month, and the team handled every step with care, professionalism, and genuine compassion. A very special mention for Katelyn Walsh, our incredible coordinator. Katelyn was with us every step of the way. Consistently proactive, always available to answer questions, and endlessly patient as she guided us through multiple complex sales and a purchase at the same time. I would very much like to thank Dylan, Ryan, and all the team at Ryder Dutton (Glossop) for everything they did to assist us with the sale of our mum’s house. From the very first day we met Ryan (who came to value the house and put on the market) we knew we’d picked the right estate agency. Over the months, Dylan kept us informed about viewings, offers, and progress with the sale (once we were under offer). He kept things moving along…liaising with solicitors, he kept me up to date and make sure there were no additional delays. Selling a house can take a long time nowadays and we live a long way away from Glossop….it was amazing to know the team at Ryder & Dutton had it all in hand, and gave us real piece of mind throughout the whole process. Having previously bought the house via them a few years ago it was a no-brainer to choose them again as they were so good the first time round. This time was no different. Ryan was incredibly professional but personable when he came for the valuation and he took some fantastic photographs of the property. I have recently completed on a property sale via Glossop Ryder & Dutton. From the day of valuation late 2024, Ryan was someone that took the time to explain the process in a professional and very knowledgeable way but kept it simple and clear. He also listened to and advised on the issues facing me, waiting for probate after losing my Dad. When the house went live, Ryan and his team were in constant contact, updating & advising throughout. Later on, Jacqueline took over as my main contact and steered me through, from buyer viewings to completion.
