Avoid renting from this company. They will chase you to do this at whatever timetable is good for them around inspections and viewings and then literally hang up on you when you want your deposit money back afterwards.Their staff are friendly but incompetant, they do not care about anything to do with tenants except collecting rent from them.

Disgraceful from start to finish. No communication throughout our sale. Stockport branch needs closing. Never returned calls. Showed no empathy what so ever. They couldn't of been less interested. It was like talking to a brick wall. The only time they contacted me was on the completion day because they wanted their money. Totally disgraceful. Avoid

Would stay away from this estate agent would avoid at all costs they didn’t get back to me when I was intrested in a property despite sending them ample evidence.The lady I spoke to me assured me that they would be touch never heard anything despite me ringing multiple times.Very unprofessional .

I would not recommend renting out your property through Edward Mellor. They have managed my property for 6 years charging £90 a month. They have been appalling and rude, ignoring calls and not returning them when promised. All they are interested in is the £’s and no service to accompany this. Shocking company!

You cause the Stress!this is the second major issue, my full building survey at over £1000 booked in for today at 10am. Surveyor arrives and is denied entry dues to Edward Mellors not telling the occupant. My self and the owner have now taken over from your incompetence and we will do everything now ourselves

Edward mellor Denton are underhanded and lie to you. Don't say you're waiting for a electric check on a property (then we could view) then when we rang back, we got told they had emailed us (they didn't) only to rent it out and take it off your website.

They don’t communicate with each other, don’t reply to emails, poor customer service, bad attitudes. Badly managed. Contacted Ombudsman. Put your dissatisfaction on social media! We got our deposit back the same day! Useless!
