We are delighted with the service we received from Laura and the rest of the McMillan team in our house sale. Laura had a very good understanding of the market and encouraged us to list our property at a higher starting price than other local estate agents, who seemed to cap our property's value much below what we achieved in our sale. Following our valuation, the listing of our property was exceptionally prompt and professional. Viewings were also organised with ease. Laura was very responsive throughout the sale process but she was also very reassuring and positive when things became slightly difficult. We would highly recommend McMillan to anyone thinking of selling their home.

The team at McMillan Estate Agents are second to none. First class! My wife and I cannot speak highly enough of Barry, Jim and the whole team. Janice, Laura and Cormac were always professional and friendly during communication. They couldn't be more helpful! Jim had our old house sale agreed in less than 48 hours! Barry went above and beyond and ensured that we secured the purchase of our new property. Thank you to Barrie McClure for your professionalism, friendly and approachable manner. It is clear that you are proud of your business, reputation and that customer relationships means alot to you. Barrie was extremely helpful towards us regarding viewing a house that was for sale through his agency. I would highly recommend speaking with him if you are buying or selling. However we did have an unpleasant experience with Laura McMillan as she was extremely rude and highly unprofessional during the first phone call we had with her. I could have got her on a bad day but it was very unsettling during an already stressful time. I would recommend this estate agents to anyone buying or selling but I advise speaking with Barrie in our experience
