I have recently sold and bought a house with McMillan McClure and couldn’t ask for a better estate agent to work with. The team were all so helpful and supportive through every step of the way. I felt I could always reach out and get a quick response and knew I was always being informed and kept up to date with both my house sale and purchase. I found Laura extremely helpful and a great point of contact to have throughout and when Laura wasn’t available Cormac was always helpful and reachable for any queries. I really feel McMillan McClure went out of their way to assist and follow up with all aspects of my sale and purchase and helped both complete smoothly! I couldn’t recommend them highly enough - thanks to all!

We have Just recently sold our property and decided to go with Mc millens.when Jim came out to do the valuation he took time and went over everything very thoroughly, and basically talked us through the whole process explaining everything we would come up against during the process, but also listened to what we had say too. During our conversation he happened to mention his wife was a solicitor and I asked if she did conveyancing, and to our luck she did. She works for O reilly & Stewart. All I can say is what a team. The service we received from both parties was second to none. When ever we had a query they were on it straight away, and came back to us very promptly. We dealt with Cormac (a lovely young man) and it was lovely to speak to the same person if we needed to get in touch, But to be honest it was always Cormac that rang us. He would give me a call regularly and keep us up to date on the whole process. If there was any problems with the legal side of things he would often call his mum Imelda or Andrea her secretary (our solicitor) and get back to us with an answer immediately I can't recommend Mc Millens and the team highly enough!!

We recently sold our house with Laura McMillan as our estate agent. She was so friendly, professional and knowledgeable from the initial valuation right through to completion. Buying and selling a house is an incredibly stressful process and having a great estate agent made that part of it so much easier. Nothing was any trouble, Laura always got in touch with every development and returned phone calls/emails quickly. She also made sure to let me know when she was on leave and Cormac took over at this time and was equally as friendly, helpful and approachable. In comparison to other North Belfast estate agents who we have had dealings with over the last few months of house hunting, McMillan McClure really are so much more thorough and diligent in what they do. So many others didn't follow up on viewings or talked the talk that was just meaningless. In comparison McMillan go out of their way to follow up with feedback on viewings and also in sourcing potential buyers. After the sale was agreed Laura continued to work in the background to ensure everything went smoothly right up to the completion date. Everyone I spoke to when calling the office were so polite and friendly as well. I really believe the fact they are a family run business is a big factor in how dedicated they are to their jobs and serving their clients. Thank you Laura, Cormac and everyone at McMillan McClure!

I would not hesitate to recommend McMillan McClure. They looked after both our sale and our purchase and we honestly couldn’t have gotten through the process without them. Barrie went above and beyond to find us a home and to ensure we got the best buyer for our own property. Not for one minute did we ever feel that we were not being looked after. Barrie was more than an agent, he advised, counselled and advocated for us through our move and also some challenging personal circumstances.
