GoogleI can fully recommend McMillan and McClure to anyone looking for an estate agent. Everyone in the office helped to sell my house and to me as a seller they were always helpful and willing to listen to my concerns and give advice where possible. Barrie and the team did an admirable job in holding my hand through the process and guiding me through it.

GoogleEngaging an estate agent is not something that you do everyday so you need to chose wisely. In engaging McMillan-McClure I did make a wise choice. Throughout the selling process Laura and Lewis were outstanding in providing realistic, professional and impartial guidance, ensuring, that at every critical point, I was updated and furnished with all necessary information. I felt well informed and in control. If you are looking for professionalism and a less stressful experience, look no further than McMillan-McClure.

GoogleThe entire staff at McMillan McMcClure took excellent care of me throughout the entire process of selling my house. I got great advice about how to get the house ready to go on the market. Viewing were very carefully managed and I was kept fully informed all the was through. I cannot recommend this company highly enough - they are fantastic

GoogleUsed McMillan McClure to sell my house and couldn’t be happier with the service and the outcome. Cormac and the team were extremely supportive throughout the process. As I had moved away, I wasn’t able to do any of the prep work myself, but Cormac arranged everything prior to listing. The communication throughout the process was great, I didn’t have to chase an update once: plenty of emails and calls to keep me appraised of viewings and offers. Then once sale agreed, they helped push the conveyancing along to completion. I’d have no problem recommending McMillan McClure and particularly Cormac who was excellent and very knowledgable throughout.

GoogleI have used McMillanMcClure for over 2 years wile renting my house out. Hanna, Rachel, and Laura were fantastic. Any issue that crept up they did their best to organise the investigation, the work and follow up of said work for my Tenants as I was unable to being out of the Country. I also used them for the sale of my house working with Cormac, he was brilliant with the whole process keeping on top of Puchasers and Solicitors, and communicating everything. He also kept my house in good shape while I was out of the country which I am very grateful. Would recommend this EA for all those renting and buying/selling.

GoogleHaving recently completed the sale of my late parent's home I would like to thank Jim McMillan and his team for the most professional way in which the whole process was carried out. Jim from the start was so helpful and provided us with valuable advice throughout while still not ruling out any ideas that we had to offer. Janice was very patient and friendly as she planned viewings. She kept us all up to date with regular emails and phone calls so we always knew what was going on. If we had any questions and Janice wasn't available there was always someone in the office to offer help and advice. Their knowledge of the market and their skill at what they do was very reassuring. I was able to leave everything in their capable hands which meant they protected me from all of the stress. GoogleI had a very good experience using McMillan McClure to sell my late Mum's house. Jim was so kind when he came out to value the house. By this I mean he really understood what a difficult time this can be for a person and that no decision has to be rushed or anything. It was a lovely chat and I really appreciated that. During the process of selling the house, I was emailed when viewings where scheduled to happen and if there'd been any feedback etc. Cormac was the main person dealing with the sale and I have to say I couldn't have asked for better. He kept me so well up to date and would regularly phone and email me. He was so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.

GoogleFrom the moment I met Jim McMillan I knew McMillan McClure would be our estate agent and 100% we made the right decision. A year later our house sale has just been completed. Janice was our manager throughout the last difficult twelve months. The customer service we received was second to none. I have not one single complaint, and there were many obstacles and dark days but Janice was always there with an email or a phone call, to keep us positive and believing that one day we would be where we are now. GoogleI cannot rate McMillan McClure highly enough ! They provided an excellent and highly efficient service from the beginning of the sale of the property to the completion. Very pleasant, helpful and courteous staff was an added bonus to what can be a stressful process. I was very impressed with the contact they maintained throughout the whole process , constantly providing updates on how the sale was proceeding. Barrie was exceptional in his professionalism going ” above and beyond” when the process encountered a few problems along the way. I certainly have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending this Estate Agents.
