There are agents and there are Agents and there is Jim McMillan. It’s worth just selling your house for the pleasure of his company. (You can always buy it back!) Most agents can sell you a house and some can even sell your house but Jim goes the extra mile. He listens to what it is you’re after. And he provides it - even if the house is not yet on the market! He matches the right people to the right properties and sees it all happens smoothly. I’ve used McMullan McClure quite a few times now. And it’s always been a joy! If McMillan McClure ran a dating agency we’d all be happily married!

Fantastic from start to finish. Everyone we dealt with when selling our apartment was so friendly and professional. I was always kept up to date and everything was very smoothly run and efficient. Recently had the sad experience of selling my family home, which had been occupied by my parents for 50 years. I approached McMillan McClure who from the outset understood my emotional ties and professionally handled the marketing of the property. They arranged and were in attendance for prospective viewers and kept me fully informed of the outcome of each visit. The property was sold within 4 weeks of it being put on the market at a price which I felt at the outset was ambitious. The contract was signed very quickly thereafter followed by completion. I would have no hesitation in recommending McMillan McClure when selling your property, they were professional, courteous, caring and understanding, (and got me a good price too!)

We recently bought a home that was sold by McMillan and were thoroughly impressed with them throughout the entire process. The sale process was agreed quickly (within 24 hours of us submitting an offer). Following this Jim and his team liaised with the seller and us throughout to work through the details of the sale and oversee the process. The completion day went off without a hitch and we had keys in hand by 10am.

We couldn't be more pleased with the service we were given by the whole team at McMillan McClure! Their judgment and the guidance we were given was extremely helpful. The photos and listing layout were highly professional, yet they checked with us at every stage to see if we were happy with what had been produced. Once our property was listed, no matter who answered the phone whenever I had an enquiry it was quick and easy to receive the information I needed. Once viewings began they always kept us informed about potential bookings and checked to see if we were ok with timings before confirming them. In short, they made the whole process of selling our home much less stressful than we had ever imagined.

I have used McMillan Estate Agents a few times over many years of house sales and they have continued to manitain a high professional standard for me on this most recent occassion. I have dealt with lots of the team members but Cormac and Barrie have handled the sale of my property with professionalism, support and courtesy. Jim McMillan and his staff took all the worry and hassle out of my house sale. This is the fourth time I have sold a house and it was the most "stress free" by some distance.
