Their knowledge of the property market is excellent. Both Jim McMillan and Cormac McMillan were a delight to deal with. They kept us well informed at every stage of the process. When you live in Western Canada, selling your family's home in Newtownabbey sounds daunting. The exact opposite was true thanks to Jim, Barrie, Janice and the back office staff. They took care of every detail. Jim is a goldmine of historical data on the area which was important to me as I have lived abroad for three decades. Barrie was clear in his advice and recommendations and there was always someone available to answer my queries. Allowing for the 7 hours time difference, they had forms and updates coming in to me overnight by email so, all I had to do was check in before I went to work and turn round the latest questions, decisions and documentation so no time was lost. I can’t believe how smoothly the sale process went.

My experience with Jim and his staff has been extremely positive. My sale was a matrimonial sale and both parties treated courteously and professionally. Barrie’s knowledge of the local property market is second to none, and thanks to his honesty and professionalism we managed to get the quick sale we had hoped for; our house was sale agreed within less than a week. Janice was also extremely friendly and kept us regularly updated with viewings etc as well as helping us with any paperwork.
