GoogleFollowing a recent family bereavement McMillan Estate Agent undertook to sell the property. This was carried out in a very professional and efficient manner. We were kept informed at each stage of the process until the sale was completed. We cannot express our gratitude enough especially to Jim and his team. GoogleI have over the years bought several houses, I have sometimes been happy with the estate agents I've had to deal with. I have also been not so lucky. I recently bought a property from Jim Mc Millan and I have to say Jim and his staff especially Janice and Laura went above and beyond the call of duty. I would suggest to anyone thinking of buying or renting to pop along to this friendly office and see for themselves.

GoogleWe couldn't be more pleased with the service we were given by the whole team at McMillan McClure! Their judgment and the guidance we were given was extremely helpful. The photos and listing layout were highly professional, yet they checked with us at every stage to see if we were happy with what had been produced. Once our property was listed, no matter who answered the phone whenever I had an enquiry it was quick and easy to receive the information I needed. Once viewings began they always kept us informed about potential bookings and checked to see if we were ok with timings before confirming them. In short, they made the whole process of selling our home much less stressful than we had ever imagined.

GoogleMcMillans Estate Agents were amazing to deal with from start to finish! We bought and sold through them and their service way exceeded our expectations. Barrie’s knowledge of the local property market is second to none, and thanks to his honesty and professionalism we managed to get the quick sale we had hoped for; our house was sale agreed within less than a week. Janice was also extremely friendly and kept us regularly updated with viewings etc as well as helping us with any paperwork. The service they provide goes way beyond putting up a ‘for sale’ sign and getting some pictures taken, they really do go the extra mile to make sure that you are well looked after and get your house sold! If we could give them more than 5 stars we would.....

GoogleMy experience with Jim and his staff has been extremely positive. My sale was a matrimonial sale and both parties treated courteously and professionally. Janice was excellent in keeping me up to date and informed and her very pleasant and caring manner was always reassuring in what has been a very difficult time. GoogleAfter having a poor experience with our previous estate agent over a 6 month period, we decided to try another agent and moved to McMillans. From day one the service we received was completely different, realistic advice was provided and we immediately had significant interest in our property (having had no viewers in the previous 4 months). We received regular and relevant communication from very professional and knowledgeable staff. Massive thanks to Barrie McClure as it was his enthusiasm, tenacity and hard work that quickly secured the sale of our property. He worked non-stop to overcome any problems that arose and kept us informed throughout every stage of the process, right up until the sale was completed.
