GoogleAn easy decision choosing McMillan McClure estate agents to sell my bungalow in Jordanstown recently as I had used Jim and his wonderful staff previously. Their commitment to excellence and their adherence to detail throughout the process and keeping me informed at every stage was brilliant. Photos of my property were exceptional while the front of house staff were at all times informed and friendly making the viewing process of my property reasonably painless. GoogleThe staff at McMillan McClure were extremely professional, I was kept informed of all developments regarding the sale of my property. The organisation displays good business ethics while conducting their role. I was confident they took their duty to provide competent employees and conducted their business with fairness and openness. They promised a service for a reasonable arrangement and they delivered even when factors outside their control could have caused problems. GoogleHaving had some very negative experiences with other estate agents I didn’t have any great expectations with McMillan McClure. But I can honestly say that I was so impressed with every aspect of service from this company. From start to finish in the whole process of selling my home they were completely professional in every way. Always pleasant and helpful, always got back to me promptly with any query and always available to give me the best advice and guidance. I encountered a few other agents before deciding on McMillan McClure and there is simply no comparison. They blow the competition out of the water and I would recommend them without hesitation!!

My brother and I had to sell our family home and when my brother and I met Jim at our family home a couple of days later I honestly felt reassured that they cared about how we felt and they took over and kept us regularly informed from start of sale until completion!

They took care of the viewings and managed the bid process, liaising with the purchasers and solicitors on my behalf and making the entire process as quick and painless as it could be. GoogleThere are agents and there are Agents and there is Jim McMillan. It’s worth just selling your house for the pleasure of his company. (You can always buy it back!) Most agents can sell you a house and some can even sell your house but Jim goes the extra mile. He listens to what it is you’re after. And he provides it - even if the house is not yet on the market! He matches the right people to the right properties and sees it all happens smoothly. I’ve used McMullan McClure quite a few times now. And it’s always been a joy! If McMillan McClure ran a dating agency we’d all be happily married!

GoogleRecently had the sad experience of selling my family home, which had been occupied by my parents for 50 years. I approached McMillan McClure who from the outset understood my emotional ties and professionally handled the marketing of the property. They arranged and were in attendance for prospective viewers and kept me fully informed of the outcome of each visit. The property was sold within 4 weeks of it being put on the market at a price which I felt at the outset was ambitious. The contract was signed very quickly thereafter followed by completion. I would have no hesitation in recommending McMillan McClure when selling your property, they were professional, courteous, caring and understanding, (and got me a good price too!)

GoogleFrom the valuation by Barrie McClure to the completion of the sale of our parents home, my brother and I received first class service from everyone we came into contact with at McMillan McClure. We were kept informed on a regular basis via email and phone calls of every viewing and offer made, right through to the sale agreed and the handing over of the keys. I would like to single out Cormac McMillan, who I cannot speak highly enough of, who guided us through the process from beginning to end with expert advice, professionalism and humour. So much so that I will miss our twice weekly (sometimes daily!) email conversations. I would highly recommend this company to anyone thinking of buying/selling or renting a house.
