What a service!! Kirsty and her team really go above and beyond. From your first initial contact all the way through to the end it's a top notch service. This is my 20th time using West End Lettings for my property portfolio. Wish I had found them years ago. They know my properties inside out and what type of tenants I prefer. I'm impressed every time. I've been a landlord for 25 years so used various companies over the years. WEL's are special, they organise everything for you, GAS SAFETY, EICR, PAT, LEAD, LEGIONELLA, INVENTORY, VIEWINGS, TENANT SCREENING, the whole lot. Great communication, keep you informed, find you excellent tenants, take care of the lease, you don't have to do anything. I've worked with all the team and they're all fabulous. This time Dani Looked after me. She is wonderful, so passionate. Dani secured me a great tenant within 5 days. I couldn’t be happier. Keep doing what you’re doing guys, I’d be lost without you. 💚

Organised everything including the viewings. Made the whoe process a breeze. Great, friendly service. Definitely recommend if your selling ( or buying ) a house.

All staffs are friendly and very polite during the whole process of our flat renting. They responded promptly and professionally with all matters related to the flat. It gets a bit messy by the end of the stay, as we are in a joint tenancy with 7 people. We stated not extend the stay two months before the end of lease in an email. It was our first time in a joint-contract and we didn’t realized a formality of 28 days notice is still needed besides our first email of not extending the stay. It was confusing with the formate of “28 days notice” which they would be accepted and we ended up paying few more days after the end of contract. Overall was not a bad experience.

From the moment we instructed West End Lettings to find a new tenant, we found them very professional. Katie was our negotiator and was super efficient in finding suitable tenants, which she found within 2 weeks of the instruction. Katie and the maintenance team ensured the property was ready on time and the whole process from start to finish was smooth and well managed. I have been a landlord for almost twenty years now. In that time , I genuinely struggled to find a letting agent who not only talked a good talk but delivered on their promises and insurances.....That is until now. I had the privilege of working with Kirsty & Heather in a previous letting agent, but that was for a woefully short amount of time from my perspective.....For various reasons, both moved on to pastures new. At West End Letting & Sales I am overjoyed to be working with both again.
