GoogleFantastic letting agents . As a tennent under the current circumstances I found it really hard to find somewhere to let . Jane was so helpful and so professional. Always happy to help take my emails and calls straight away she made it so easy and the house is lovely just what we wanted . I would highly recommend them as I have delt with plenty of estate agents in the last few months and I fould thomson residential to be best thank you Jane and the team .

GoogleTerrible experience. Moved out of a property two days ago, after giving them my 28 day notice over a month and a half ago, they are refusing to return my deposit, give me a reference or the rent that I overpayed. They just don’t reply to your emails. Any problems we have encountered they say they are going to do something and just never do. The sort of letting agency where aslong as you don’t require any assistance they are good. Also Jane Robertson is the reason why I ended up overpaying rent because she just kept ignoring my emails, she didn’t give me any accurate information and was demanding more rent from me until I pestered her enough that she realised they owe me rent. Shocking service and I wish I had never given them or the flat time of day.

GoogleWas in great hands. Started off as tenants and had incredible service from Thomson Residential. All issues with the apartment were fixed within 24-48 hours. We then asked if our landlords would be willing to sell the apartment. Once they accepted, Thomson made the sale and transition smooth and simple. Couldn't recommend more!

From getting my first tenancy, to moving onto a further property- they have been so helpful and supportive throughout. Repairs, maintenance and all issues dept with quickly and professionally. GoogleI have used the services of Neil and his fantastic team as a landlord, as a property seller and more recently as a tenant. The service they have provided in all of these areas has been absolutely first class. As a landlord I always felt my property was in safe hands with good tenants. As a property seller, we achieved an excellent price in a difficult market, and sold quickly as well. More recently as a tenant, I have been impressed by how quickly repairs and minor issues are taken care of. I cannot recommend this company highly enough. Would give them ten stars if I could! Thankyou Neil, Jane, Susan, Bryan and Katie for all your help over the years.
