Hi Paul,I am sorry to hear you are unhappy with our service. My name is Derek and I am the regional manager for Storage Vault.When my colleague calculated the wrong amount, she called me immediately and the payment was cancelled within 1 hour. However your bank had put the transaction into "pending" which unfortunately we have no control over. Of course at this time of year, it took longer to clear the banking system too.
