There aren’t many letting agents around that I could honestly give a 5/5 to, but Ritehome were superb throughout our tenancy. Always very reachable and quick to sort out any issues or queries. End of tenancy handover was straight forward with no problems. Our property manager (Ethan) was great and always more than happy to help. Would recommend.

We are renting a flat in Glasgow at the moment and have had no issues so far. The flat is a little on the dirty side, however, with all the viewing where the potential tenants all have dirty shoes it is to be expected. Support has been very active and responds in a day to most of our queries. Would recommend.

First experience of RiteHome. Called to arrange a viewing. Viewings were going ahead on the day so i had to make a last minute arrangement with work. They said they would send text with address of viewing. They didn't so called to prompt them and they had a completely different number for me somehow. Turned up to flat and there were 15 other people looking too but after half hour no one showed up or phoned. I called estate agency and no apology, said agent was late but didnt give reason why they never phoned. Whilst waiting outside the flat a tenant came out and pleaded with us not to move in as repairs are not addressed and it is a hazard and staff do not aknowledge this. Talk about a bad start.

Sent an email enquiring about a property to no response. Phone after a few days and was given a date and time to view. Showed up to the viewing and phoned the office - wasn't in their calendar and they can't show it for another 4 days. With the state of the market I decided to send an application in advance to increase my chances. Got a flat decline with no feedback after a very intrusive application process. Very unprofessional, extremely disappointed in the service. In response to the reply, I'm comparing directly to much busier and much more capable letting agencies who still manage my bare minimum of contact and professionalism. Multiple people in reviews have critiqued the same things as me so maybe it's something to work on in future

Don't know what we would have done without RiteHome agreeing to be our agent!

We were in a terrible situation before RiteHome agreed to rent our flat for us and become our property letting agent. They took all our stress away, guided us through the whole process and ensured we had everything done by the book. We didn't know what to do, living 13000 miles away in new Zealand is very hard when things go wrong in Glasgow, but RiteHome have solved all our problems and are continuing to give an excellent service. Rite Home resoundingly recommended!

Rite Home provides an excellent home selling service. Their website is first-rate, and the presentation of house particulars on the site is colourful, attention grabbing, comprehensive, and ensures nationwide exposure via property portals such as Rightmove, and S1 Homes. The staff are knowledgeable and highly professional in their approach; they listen to all that you say in order to best assess your needs; they are highly supportive and communicative; and while they are invariably polite and friendly and operate within a "customer is always right" framework,they will always offer very sound advice and politely try to steer you away from making a wrong decision. Also, of paramount importance to a home seller, they unfailingly and actively follow up enquiries from potential buyers, and seek feedback from viewings with commendable persistence. Finally, they negotiate skilfully and will bargain hard on your behalf to get you the best possible deal. I would not hesitate for an instant to use Rite Home again, and would thorougly recommend them.(Particular thanks to Scott and Jason!)

Agent arrived 20 mins late for viewing. It doesn't seem like a one of incident, as there are multiple review about late comings. After viewing, I put in my application and waited for 5 working days. There is no response. I called them to check the status and they told me its been let out, sorry. I think you should have courtesy to reply to all the applications even if they are not selected.

Ritehome have been excellent right from the first fone call. I have found all staff approachable, respectful and responsive. Repairs were needed to the flat and this was carried out in a timely manner, nothing was too much trouble.
