Dear Seonaigh, I am somewhat surprised at your review. We had no correspondence from you to indicate that you had an ongoing problem or were suffering from stress. The photo you attached was of the issue which was addressed back in January. Your correspondence at that time stated that you were happy with the advice given from the mould specialist we sent out and as the fix was likely to be a longer term issue you wanted a rent reduction and assurances that there would be no impact on your deposit return. Both of which we complied with to your satisfaction.

As a first-time landlord, Regent Property was recommended to me and I have been happy with my choice. I found them to be professional, efficient and responsive and they didn’t mind spending extra time to give me advice on maintenance work when I needed it. Would recommend.

Very poor management and a disorganised company in total shambles. Would not want to work here or have them handle my business. Avoid at all costs, never been involved with such a low quality company.NegativeQuality, Professionalism

This person started working for us but, unfortunately, we had to let her go due to an extremely poor attitude to work. We operate in a busy environment with a small, friendly team where we all support one another to provide a quality service to our customers. Sadly this person did not match up to the task. As she was with us for only a couple of days, she would not have gained any insights into the company or management structure.
