GoogleI was very impressed with ProBrook Properties. They recently facilitated the sale of my tenanted flat. David went out of his way to make sure I had all the information and help I needed. Two things stand out: firstly, ProBrook always responded promptly and helpfully when issues arose. Secondly, they showed a genuine interest in ensuring the tenant was kept informed and looked after. I'd recommend them to tenants and landlords.

FacebookDelighted with the service from David, Emma & the ProBrook team when selling my house. I found them to be honest & efficient in all aspects of their business. All staff were extremely helpful & guided me through the selling process with ease. Communication was excellent; I was kept up to date at all times via e-mail or WhatsApp. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend ProBrook Properties to anyone looking to sell their house.

GoogleI started using Probrook. about 1 year ago. I gave them 1 property to test the service and now they look after most of my portfolio. Emma & David are very hands on, responsive and fast. Service is outstanding. Repairs carried out speedily and without hassle. Invoice always on time and correct. This is how it should be when using a letting agent. Would not hesitate to highly recommend Probrook
