GoogleI’ve lived in a flat managed by Parker Property for over a year and have no complaints up to now. The flat viewing and letting process was great. I encountered no issues. Whenever I have needed something fixed, they have been very quick to reply and sent someone to help. Overall I am very happy with the experience.

GoogleI’m sure they’re lovely people and given the current situation it must be stressful. Although when I was enquiring about a property to rent. I found them not very helpful or informative, then never heard off them again. Slightly disappointed as it’s a tough time for all and I would of appreciated any advice.NegativeResponsiveness

GoogleI called this agency to view a property, which was arranged subsequently. However , on the day/time of viewing, no one from the agency turned up. They then claimed that the property was taken and that they tried to get in touch with me! Extremely unprofessional and avoid if possible.
Sincere apologies Alden. Could you call me re which property you were booked to view and on what date and I will look into the matter. On looking back through our diary I cannot see an appointment for you at all in the above name.

GoogleI have been letting 2 properties now with Parker Property for the past 3 years and cannot recommend them highly enough. I have never had a gap inbetween rentals and the girls in the office take care of everything. Another thing I like is that's it's the same girls in the office who I have been dealing with from the start and my tenants seem to find them very helpful, pleasant and polite as they take care of everything straight away and alway get me the best quotes for any work needing done. 10 out of 10!

GoogleI presently use Parker Property to manage my property and have always found them to be friendly and thoroughly professional, and have no hesitation recommending them. I have never had any issues with tenants that Parker Property have found or had any of the tenants comment negatively about Parker Property. On the repair and maintenance front, Parker has always promptly notified me of any issues and offered me the choice to resolve the issue or for their contractors to do so on my behalf, whilst keeping the tenants informed of any repair progress. Thanks again guys.

GoogleCannot fault any of my communications with Parker Property and its staff. Not only have they been wonderful during my time in my property, handling any issues with ease and minimal disruption, but also upon leaving my property have given me such useful information and helped with everything down to selling unwanted furniture as i leave the country. If i happen to find myself back in Scotland i will be continuing to use Parker undoubtedly. Thank you for everything!

GoogleParker Property manage my flat since last year. They have been very helpful and always response quickly. They carried out the prompt repair work while my tenant was at work (agreed by the tenant) so less disruption or inconvenience. I am well updated with everything about my property and all safety checks have been arranged on schedule. I am very happy with their services and would certainly recommend.

On arrival, the agent felt that the property wasn't clean to their high standard and arranged for a professional clean which happened before we moved in. We had a few issues over the year requiring attention and all were dealt with quickly and efficiently. Overall professional service was provided.
