This was my first review of the Estate Agency
"By far the worst estate agency I have ever delt with. As a buyer I phoned them up 5 times to get a viewing confirmed. Kept getting passed about and eventually told I would get a call back from someone else but no call back ever. As a seller I would not go anywhere near them as they can't even do the minimum expected form an agent. I would give them zero star if that was possible. Sellers avoided."
I gave them 1 start.
*** After going and speaking to Lewis at The Estate Agency***
"I went and seen Lewis. Really nice guy and took the time to see me.
He explained that unfortunately on this occasion things didn't work as they normally do.
I'm sure I will see him again and deal with The Estate Agency again and next time I will get a chance to update my score and write a positive review."
This time I would give them 5 stars.
I'm going to leave 3 stars as the average of the 2 interactions but sure it will be higher the next time I intact with them.

I am very sorry things haven't gone well for you when you interacted with our business. I agree that answering enquiries is the most important part of any agents job and crucial to make sure a strong sale price is agreed for the seller.
As promised in our phone call this morning I have taken a look into things for you, and also for our records too. Having done this I don't find your comments entirely fair and would add the following context;
I see that you enquired about a property on Grafton Place that we advertised for sale, initially by email at around 11PM at night. The following morning we replied to your email explaining the available viewing times and asking you to confirm if you would like to attend - we didn't receive a further reply from you.
You mention 5 calls - I see on our phone records only 2 calls in quick succession originating from your number, both of which came in to us later in the week after a closing date had passed and an offer well above the home report value was agreed. You can hopefully appreciate once a deal is agreed it would not be fair to carry out further viewings and this is why we could not at that later stage accommodate your request for a viewing.
I fully accept that a competitive bidding environment is frustrating for potential buyers but unfortunately this does happen with many of our listings where more that one interested party comes forward. Knowing that the market can be tough for potential buyers at the moment I wish you all the very best with your property search moving forward and also add that we have another almost identical property coming to the market very soon. At that time should you wish to view with us I am sure you will find the service as everyone else does to be perfectly efficient and polite.

GoogleI've been working with Robert now as his photographer for all the properties he brings to market so I'm in a unique position to speak directly with both him and his clients. From the out set I have found him to be personable, friendly and lighthearted. He takes a great deal of pride in what he does and is very knowledgable in the property market which shines through when you hear him speaking about his work.
As for his clients...... Each and every time I photograph a property for him his clients have nothing but Positive things to say about him. From the simple way he explains the process, to the way he presents himself, on many occasions going well beyond what any other estate would even consider. I even heard of him helping out someone hang pictures for viewings.
